Pierre took time to meet with me and to preview issues with the trees & scrubs. It is clear that he sincerely care about the plant material, wishes to do an excellent job and he does an outstanding job representing Sav a Tree. Hired SavaTree to prune deadwood out of a a 100 year old 42” DBH Pin Oak. Crew did a fantastic job both in the tree and with clean up. Highly skilled climbers were able to direct smaller stuff to a drop zone and roped larger branches and limbs to the ground. Really nice job. They even provided grass seed to restore areas that took a hit. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

I called SavATree in 2024 because my crepe myrtle tree was diseased. Brian Hulse, the arborist, came to look at it and recommended the treatment and now my tree is healthy and thriving. I asked him about getting it pruned last year but he advised me to wait until t was no longer stressed. Now that it’s healthy, I just had SavATree come to prune it and they did a wonderful job. The crew that came was very conscientious and made sure they were trimming it exactly how I wanted. I was thrilled with the results. I have SavATree treating all of my trees and shrubbery. Brian has been excellent to work with. He always responds immediately and is extremely knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied with the company.

Spencer, in particular, stood out for his prompt communication and thorough follow‑up at every stage. Adrien Patterson and SAVATREE crew were the best. They pruned our large oaks to clear neighbors roofs on either enhancing the beauty and health of our trees while protecting properties. The crew members were fully professional, communicating and employing extreme safety in difficult and close quarters. Working expeditiously, they departed leaving our properties clean and beautiful. This was the third time SAVATREE crews have pruned our trees in about 30 years. They have our recommendation.

The quality of work this company provides cannot be overstated. Having Keith L., a certified arborist, to consult with prior to making any decisions was invaluable. Then to have three of the nicest, most professional individuals show up to do the work was an added bonus. Pencho, Edwin, and Junior worked together like a well-oiled machine. Junior, the crew leader, is phenomenally skilled at what he does, as are Edwin and Pencho. It was fascinating to watch them work and a joy to work with them! Many thanks guys!!!

Always excellent and professional service. Might be a bit more expensive than the door-knocker tree butchers that roam the neighborhood, but worth it to preserve the important foliage on your property.

Based on the tree pruning and trimming service provided by SavATree, I would not recommend the company as they poorly trimmed/pruned the 2 trees in my front yard and do not provide updates as to when services would be provided. The trees are loop sided, they did not create a rounded shape, left a lot of loose branches in the tree (post trim), and did not clear/remove branches that are pointing/leaning downward, which creates sad tree look. Unfortunately, I will have to get another provider to clean up the lack of care towards my trees.

I would not recommend SavATree based on my experience. They were more expensive than others companies, but I went with them thinking I would get great service. I had a staff member come to my property, tell me they needed a spider lift and that they would cut off dead parts of a tree down to about four feet off the ground. I paid for the entire job up front (big mistake). When the team arrived the day of the job, they told me they couldn't use the spider lift (but I was charged for one based on what their staff originally told me). They cut the dead parts of the tree off. One piece landed on our outdoor firepit which is now unusable. Then they left about 12 feet of the stump when they told me it would be about 4 feet. I believe they just didn't want to haul away more of the tree and wanted to leave the job as quick as possible. I tried to ask questions to the lead tree cutter but he didn't speak any English and SavATree never sent anyone back around to answer questions or ask if I was satisfied. I feel like it was really poor customer service, I was overcharged to equipment that couldn't be used, and they didn't do what we originally agreed on. I would highly recommend not using this company.

SavATree scheduled a consultation with me twice and missed both appointments, causing me to miss work twice; both times after I had reconfirmed the appointment with them a day before. Maybe it’s a different story once they start caring for your trees, but they made a horrible first impression on me and won’t be getting my business. There’s no excuse for this degree of unprofessionalism.

I paid Savatree for the past three years to save my dogwood in my front yard. They said it just needed fertilizer/nutrition. This did no good. Over a thousand dollars later, 2/3 of the tree is dead. Another company came out and pointed out the BORING INSECTS!! Apparently a common problem with dogwoods. Beware and get a second opinion.

Has anyone downloaded it yet? Can you tell me if they accept appointments or if it's walk-in? And is there parking available while waiting?

Neither our arborist or the invoice indicated we were signing up for a yearly service when we had our tree looked at. This resulted in an unexpected, and unannounced, visit by a SavATree arborist 2 years after the original visit to repeat the treatment on our tree, and cost us $229. It would have been nice to be able to opt-in to this service, rather than be forced to opt-out. We won't be using SavATree again anytime soon.

Son scheduled Sav a Tree for estimate, weeks in advance, to look at best abilities to trim and ensure health of 100+ yr old oak in yard. Sav a Tree never showed nor called regarding their no show, nor cancelled. Totally unprofessional responsiveness.

HOA hired this contractor to trim branches in the subdivision. They climbed this tree near my unit to cut a branch and did not cut the invasive, unsightly vines as well. I hired my own tree service company a few weeks prior and they QUICKLY cut similar vines in my back area with no issue. Also my next door neighbor hired Savatree to service a large oak tree in our front yard and they requested I use them to trim the branches on my side of the property line. The Savatree arborist 'Brian Hulse' was adamant about which branches to trim as opposed to listening to my desires as a customer. I ended the conversation by walking away, and he continued to shout at my back until I walked into my home. Again, hired another tree servicer who immediately addressed my needs without negative commentary.

Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I used them since 2019 and my oak trees have slowly declined in health. I asked the Arborist at the time "Do these trees look healthy enough to do this expensive service you recommend?" "Oh yes". The trees now look worse three years later and when I write and send pictures to the arborist it is incredibly challenging to get responses. I finally fired them and am speaking to two other arborists (different companies) who confirmed the trees have declined in health rapidly. They are good at two things: -Chasing payments -Not responding to actual service issues
