Thoughtful Customer
Most people will probably never experience what we were dealing with, but our front yard had become home to an enormous cicada killer colony. We’re not talking about a handful of wasps—we had well over 100 flying around our front yard, with dozens of burrows throughout the lawn and even along our front steps. It had reached the point where guests were hesitant to walk to our front door. To make matters worse, I had hired another pest control company a couple of years ago when the colony was much smaller, and they weren’t able to eliminate a single cicada killer. Since then, the population had multiplied every summer. From my very first phone call with Connor’s, I was impressed. Every person I spoke with was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping solve the problem. They answered my many questions without ever making me feel rushed, and communication throughout the process was excellent. The technician who came to our home took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He didn’t just spray the yard and leave—he treated the active adults and then individually treated the burrows throughout the property. As someone who likes to understand how things work, I really appreciated that he welcomed my questions and walked me through his approach. Less than 48 hours later, the difference has been remarkable. We went from seeing well over 100 cicada killers flying around our front yard to a small fraction. Considering how severe our infestation was, that’s an incredible improvement in such a short amount of time. What impressed me most, though, wasn’t just the results—it was the people. Everyone at Connor’s was professional, courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us solve a problem that had become incredibly stressful. If you’re looking for a company that combines expertise with outstanding customer service, I would recommend Connor’s Pest Pros without hesitation. Thank you to everyone on your team for turning what felt like an overwhelming problem into one we finally feel optimistic about.

Book Connor’s Pest Pros now! If I could give them 5+ stars, I would! I couldn't be more impressed with their service (as our first pest company didn’t do a good job). Chelsee is amazing! She is incredibly informative, professional, thorough, and efficient. She identified and eliminated every pest with no missed problem areas and no wasted time. During the follow-up, she sealed and went above and beyond to help us with the odor. Her reassurance eased all of my anxiety throughout the whole process, too. If you're looking for someone who gets rid of rodents quickly and reliably, I highly recommend their services.
