Joe with Rossi Pest was fantastic. He completed a free in-person assessment and provided us with a detailed breakdown of what steps should be taken. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and provided us with a comprehensive pest management plan that fit our needs.

These guys were able to eliminate the ant problems I've been fighting for years. Additionally, they eliminated a mouse problem in my garage I didn't know I had. Pricing is very reasonable.

Chris, our tech, is very thorough and professional. He did a great job inspecting the property for the estimate and he just completed the first visit, also doing a complete and thorough service.

I recently noticed signs of a termite problem in my home and contacted Rossi Pest Services. Joe came out to inspect my house and confirmed that the house did indeed have termites. On the day of the appointment, Joe returned with another member of his team. They arrived on time, completed the work as scheduled. When they finished, they made sure everything was put back in place and left the area clean. I highly recommend Rossi Pest Services.

Excellent service from Rossi Pest Services . They removed a hornets’ nest quickly, safely, and professionally. Was overall disappointed in my experience. Paid almost $400 to resolve a mouse issue. They never caught a single mouse and then didn't offer anything past the initial period of service. After much prompting, they did plug some potential holes, but did not improve the problem at all. On the plus side, I found the technicians and dispatch very polite and professional; technicians showed up in the window when they said they would and wore shoe covers.

Jack was very professional, courteous and did a very good job. Anything like this? Neither Justin did a fantastic job. Never give up until he was able to find the dead mouse it was not an easy job. HAT OFF TO JUSTIN.
