Came for mice. Their approach for getting rid of mice is: Put mouse traps in every room of your house Put mouse traps outside of your house everywhere Charge you to come back out and refill all the traps with bait No technician moved any of my appliances to see if there were any unsealed entrances. No technician even mentioned looking for entrances / preventing mice from getting in. The traps they use attract mice. They setup 2 dozen traps in your house to attract mice, never attempt to solve

The company sent me a link and asked me to leave a review. Do not recommend. They don't come when they're supposed to/when they tell you they will, and when they actually do show up, they only spray about half the area they are paid for (cameras confirm this). This problem is not a one off issue. This year I told them twice I was no longer interested in their services and yet someone still came. This company is a total disaster. They lied on your face and never delivered services as promised. We scheduled a service and the tech never showed up, twice, and never bothered to call. We wasted so much time with the manager and office staff. Wanted to give them another chance and rescheduled. They promised that this time they would come. But again no show and now call.
