I scheduled an appointment in the morning time slot and they changed me to the afternoon without telling me. I waited all morning for someone to come and when I finally called to ask what happened I was told it was rescheduled to the afternoon because they had “meetings all morning.” now why on earth would they schedule meetings in the entire time slot that i already had scheduled a week in advance???? absolutely ridiculous and incompetent company.
