This company might as well have been a fraud and scam at least for where I live. The first year (our contract duration) everything was going well. After that? Down hill spiral. They suddenly stopped notifying use the services had been done. I forgot we even had them until my fiance told me they took money. So we called and asked them to cancel. They wouldn't let us because of an upcoming service, so we asked them to leave SOMETHING telling us the service had been done, yet they didn't. To add to

Taylor continues to do a good job. He was able to definitely accommodate our schedule. My only question is whether or not they provide him with what he needs to get rid of our mole problem and grubs if they feed on. Thanks. PS - let me know if I can request Taylor again.
