This company is scamming people out of their money. Although Brendon has always been kind when providing service, the office is horrible. I’ve called multiple times asking for a record of my contract that I agreed to and corresponding invoices, I have both my primary residence and rental property serviced by Orkin. I spoke to a lady once who assured me she was emailing it over and I never received it. They have increased their charges significantly with no notification, and charged me for visits

We have a commercial account and were charged multiple times for visits that did not occur. They raised our service costs without notifying us. Management said they would fix it and give us a refund but that was 2 months ago and still they are not responding. They would not provide us a copy of our contract when we requested it. HORRIBLE customer service. Had to cancel my membership with Orkin because I kept getting charged double for services I didn’t ask for. Also got charged every month even though I had it set up for the technician to come out every other month. I tried calling to fix my problem and it took 7-10 business days.
