Do not listen to what they tell you at sign up. They will not properly treat problem areas, will tell you what you need will happen just to get a contract but then wont deliver. They lack basic integrity and do not back up their claims. Use ANY OTHER company, you will be better off for it. Told pet and garden safe on day one, then told they couldn't treat around garden areas stating "you don't want these chemicals anywhere near you garden". How deceptive, you should just do better and be better

This company is an absolute scam they’re scheduling and communications are terrible. There are supposed to be out quarterly. I’ve had them since May 2025 and I’ve only seen them once and they continue to tell me that they were out here in September. They were never here September and that my December appointment didn’t get scheduled because of nonpayment. Why would I have an appointment in December if they were just out in September when it’s every four months January would be my apt . This comp

The Door sales man never informed me this would be a monthly 50$ reoccurring payment for a whole year I thought it was a one time thing I feel like I got scammed but they do a good job for pest control things the video is a nice touch but to break this contract I have to pay 345$ on top of what ive payed already its just not worth 600$ to me and there's nothing I can do to void the contract
