Taylor continues to do a good job. He was able to definitely accommodate our schedule. My only question is whether or not they provide him with what he needs to get rid of our mole problem and grubs if they feed on. Thanks. PS - let me know if I can request Taylor again. Taylor was overly helpful. Besides doing the inside of the house in it's entirety and the outside for problems with mosquitoes and moles, he provided me additional insight for mole treatment. Thanks. I would give him an A+. They were very accommodating to change their original scheduled appointment. So far very happy with their service. Still need to see how effective they are with our mole problem.

This company is fraud. I canceled my service on Jan 2nd and they still trying to collect 89 dollars. Non stop phone calls unauthorized attempts to charge my credit card. Going on almost 4 months. You been blocked on my email phone and credit card. Go fraud someone else. Stay away warning ⚠️ You will be harassed by these people

This company might as well have been a fraud and scam at least for where I live. The first year (our contract duration) everything was going well. After that? Down hill spiral. They suddenly stopped notifying use the services had been done. I forgot we even had them until my fiance told me they took money. So we called and asked them to cancel. They wouldn't let us because of an upcoming service, so we asked them to leave SOMETHING telling us the service had been done, yet they didn't. To add to that, you couldn't even tell they HAD BEEN THERE! We STILL had active ant mounts all over the yard. This proceeded to go on for the next 3 or 4 months, so we stopped paying them. Now we have an outstanding balance that I have to pay before it's sent to collections and they refuse to even help out or cut a break on. They don't listen and refuse to work with you. The service isnt worth your money. I would leave 0 stars if Google would let me. About 2 years of loyalty and nothing but debt to show for it.

I’m a new customer. Literally been a customer for like a month and a half. It seems their service has done nothing for my household. About 1.5 weeks ago I noticed there were ants in my kitchen. So I called asking for service as they stated we could call in between service appointments if there was an issue. I was told they wouldn’t be in the area until August 13. Excuse me? That’s unacceptable. I don’t care if “you aren’t in the area” until then. You help your customers and you make it work. I worked for a company that provided in home services for customers and we made it work no matter where our techs were scheduled to be. We had techs there to assist our customers anywhere from day of to at most 2 days later unless the customer requested a later date. This is incredibly unprofessional. So I have had to take matters into my own hands to deal with the ants entering my home instead of the pest service I pay for coming and doing their job. Other pest services have had a tech here next day or a couple days later. Oh, on top of that, the website and the answering service state they are available “0900-1700” but there are no specific days listed or said. I called today (Saturday) two times and no one answered. If you aren’t available on weekends, I would recommend saying that. Also incredibly unprofessional. The second I’m able to I’m canceling this service. I gave a one star because I can’t go any lower.

Garbage company. It’s just a ‘contract scam’. Once you sign, the customer service disappears. Paid on day 1 only to be hit with a late payment penalty. They said they’d take care of it, then the next thing I know I get threatened with collections. Cancelled all services and got hit with cancellation fee. They could have had a long term paying customer, but they have no idea how to treat customers.

Buyer beware! I was a customer for five years and then they sent me a random email telling me that they were going to raise my rate by about 45%. They timed their email perfectly and I would assume with intention, so as to inform me of the rate change inside of the 30 day cancellation window that is stated in their contract. They only come spray four times a year, but they informed me of the rate increase three weeks before the next scheduled visit. I replied to their email and declined the new pricing structure and I asked for my service to be canceled. Two weeks later they sent me another email saying that service had been scheduled for the following Monday and I replied to that email and told them not to perform the service and that we wished to cancel the account as previously stated. They went ahead and sent a person and performed an exterior service against my wishes on that Monday when no one was home to stop them and left a note on the door and then they charged us the new rate that is 45% higher. They aren’t interested in having a rational discussion, I have tried. They tell me if I don’t pay the full amount they’ll send it to collections. I’m certain you can find a company that operates with more integrity than these guys. EDIT AFTER NOMO RESPONSE: If you read Nomo‘s response to my initial review, they are pretending like they’re open to having a conversation, but I’ve already tried to have a reasonable conversation with them and the person I dealt with was arrogant and rude, and was not willing to discuss a reasonable solution at all. Also, they have my phone number and my email address if they wanted to contact me to discuss this issue it would be very simple for them to do so. As previously stated, I declined their price increase and I told them not to service my lawn anymore. I told them this in writing as they require. They serviced the yard anyways and they are demanding me to pay the increased rate that I never agreed to pay or it will be sent to collections. I even offered to pay the previous rate for the work they performed even though I requested the work not be performed. They refused. Their attempt to gloss over my review, as if there’s some sort of misunderstanding is not true.

The sales said that we had to sign a contract, so we did. After we signed everything went down hill. We got one service. They said it needed a follow up with in 30 days. The bugs came back in two weeks and then all we have had, is no call no shows followed by excuses. Today after I canceled my contract, they tried to send a tech. It's been to months. Too little too late. And then the had the nerve to charge me $170 cancelation fee. Unbelievable.

Shady unethical crooks! This company knew that we had a very urgent need as we have rescued 11 cats and had a flea infestation. They not only scheduled us two weeks out but then called the morning of to let us know their one technician wasn't going to be here we tried to cancel they said there were no refunds. Their rescheduled date is for 8 days from now still 3 weeks from when we called with the initial need and still have no service for. The guy who answered the phone is the one man shop that this company is marketing itself as in the area so far that they can't even fulfill their orders.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this company. We are moving to a new location that they do not even service, yet they are still requiring a $200 cancellation fee to end our contract. When I called to try to cancel, the representatives were very difficult on the phone to end our service. It felt like they were more focused on enforcing fees than on treating their customers fairly. I don’t think it’s right to charge people when the company cannot even provide services at their new address. I would strongly caution others to read the fine print carefully before signing, because their cancellation policies are not at all customer-friendly.

This place is a scam. They kept charging us and not ever coming out to do any work. We still had bugs eat through the garden stuff coming inside. Then when I called to tell them I had a video of their guy putting a sticker on my door and getting right back into his vehicle. He told me how I was wrong I do not recommend this to anyone. Tell them to get off your property is what I would recommend. Don't waste the money. Go to one of the other ones that actually do their job and that actually works because whatever they're spraying doesn't seem to work and they do not seem to care about their customers at all once they have your money

So there I was, working like crazy trying to get several appraisals done before going on vacation. Then all of a sudden my doorbell rings forcing my ailing service dog to lose her mind and wake up my girlfriend from a nap that she was trying to take to get ready to leave town. With my dogs losing their minds and my girlfriend furious, I went to the front door only to be solicited by a representative of NOMO. I get it, times are hard and getting new customers are the life blood of business. If only there was a way to let someone know that my home is like an iceberg. Calm on the surface, but chaos boiling beneath the surface. These two worlds only collide when someone rings my doorbell. If only there was a way to say to all these would be doorbell ringers, "Hey, thanks for coming to my front porch, but I didn't invite you and I am not interested in what you are selling. Please go to the next house and good luck." Oh, wait. That is exactly what my "No Soliciting" sign says to these would be chaos causers. My sign asks not to be disturbed and even thanks them for not ringing that bell without reason. I guess I will never know if Nomo Pest Solutions is good at solving pest problems. I would never hire a company that either hires employees that can't read or just maliciously disregards potential customer's wishes to not have their sick girlfriends and dogs lose their minds. Please do better NOMO.
