I found a few bats sleeping in my attic during the winter of 2024/25. I called ecoPro about the situation, and they recommended waiting until early spring to deal with the bats because they would not really be mobile until then. Throughout the consulting and scheduling process ecoPro was easy to coordinate with and was very responsive to calls and text messages. When they came to my house they were respectful of property and let me follow them around and ask questions. They took their time searching my roof for possible entry points and sealed any potential routes the bats could use to enter or exit the attic. After we found the primary gap that the bats were using, they installed a one-way bat "valve" that allowed the bats to leave the attic when they finally began their nightly activities in the spring. We left the valve in place for about six weeks. EcoPro then returned, checked the attic, the roofline, and all the work done previously, and when we were all satisfied that the bats had moved on, they removed the valve and permanently sealed that (very small) gap along my roofline. I waited for over a year to write this review, so I could verify that I have had no bat activity in my attic since last spring. EcoPro included a 12-month guarantee on their service if I had any additional bat activity during that time, and they left me a direct phone number to contact them. I also really appreciate how much I learned about the local bats in our area from the guys at ecoPro, and I was glad we were able to essentially encourage the bats to depart on their own without using chemicals, traps, or putting the bats through any distress other than having to find somewhere new to live in the highly overpriced Johnson County real estate market.
Great service from Eco. I had a bat. Michael came out and did a very thorough inspection through the attic, inside and outside. He shored up a couple of spots outside so I didn’t have to call a handyman. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need which seems to be popular with all technicians these days.
Great in every way Jacob not only took care of the obvious bat issues he also took care of an insulation problem that others companies weren’t able to identify let alone fix. In addition he helped me understand the problems and what he was doing to solve my concerns. I could be happier!
Colin my service technician was great - very professional and knowledgeable. Did a thorough outdoor and attic inspection confirming I had no evidence of critters. Plus Colin found and sent video of the exhaust blades that were causing the ‘animal’ sound. Thanks so much — my daughter can now finish putting away my Xmas decorations to the attic.
Michael is honest, thorough, and very dependable!!
Connor was professional, reassuring, knowledgeable and effective in removing bats and sealing off an eve on our house. He even made a special trip out to double check that the solution (bat valve) was working correctly when I had a concern.
Quick to respond and professional planning pest removal! So far so good!
Prompt and thorough. Definitely a company I’d use again.
Very timely response and went above and beyond to remove birds nests. Readjusted the invoice when I didn't need as much work. I will definitely be calling the company again if I ever get more critters.
Great, prompt service for bat remediation! Thanks!
Thrilled with EcoPro’s service, honesty and attention to detail. I would most certainly recommend them.
Connor was on time, explained options, professional. Outstanding!
Michael from ecoPRO Wildlife Solutions came out and inspected our new home for any critters. He did a fantastic job checking everything and making sure we're good to go. Will definitely use again if needed!
Great response time from the team and they were thorough during their visit.
Micheal is a very knowledgeable thorough agent. He helped me see all areas of rodent activity at my house and gave me a plan to remedy the problem. I really appreciate ecoPro!
Michael was great at solving our problem. He was honest, had a fair price, was very nice, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.
Michael provided excellent information and answered all questions I had. He was very patient and professional and friendly throughout the whole process.
Michael from ecoPro Wildlife Solutions solved our critter problem in our attic! We thought it was squirrels or a raccoon but luckily just mice. I would definitely recommend ecoPro!
Ecopro was unable to locate any bats and we were told there were no bats, but they did a great job inspecting for them and recommended a few places to seal around the house. A few days later, I found the bats hanging in the gable vent on the outside of the house. I removed the cover, and they flew off. They had been living there for over a month, based on the noise they had been making, and the first time we heard them. I have added more wire screens to the vent cover to keep them from getting into the gable vents. I found a hole in the other gable vent and repaired it with wire screening as well.
I ordered "Animal Removal - Raccoons, Live Trapping" service ($500/week) for raccoon problems in my property. My security camera recorded two raccoons frequently visit my lawn. One raccoon was caught on Thursday (Oct.2.2025) morning ~5:40 when I go for workout. However, the raccoon escaped from the trap around 6:30 when I return. I brought it up with ecoPro on Thursday. But I did not get any explanation until I asked them again at the end of the service period. I was told their trap works fine and raccoon escaping from their trap is a rare situation. One raccoon was caught later in the week (along with some possums that I don't care). If there is no escaping accident, both raccoons would already been resolved. Guess how they address their accident? I talked with the the ecoPRO manager but the manager was not willing to come up with any measurement to make up such incidence and maintained their trap is fine. I asked if they are willing to offer me $100 discount for a 2nd week service (original price $200. I won't need to do a 2nd week if the first raccoon did not escape from their trap). They said $50 discount is the max they can offer. I wish I could receive a more proactive communication and next step planning after accident happens. I wish such accident won't happen again for another ecoPRO customer.
Took multiple visits to fully address our concerns. Also, didn’t arrive during the time window mentioned.
Never came back to remove the bat traps. Had to climb up and remove them myself. Also pretty expensive for the services provided.
Michael and his team are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Hey Dean,
Thank you for your kind words and review! We are glad that you were satisfied with the service you were provided and we will be more than happy to assist you in the future if you have any other wildlife issues.
Got two mice. No further problems so far.
I believe we were overcharged with the service. We were under impression they'd be out ever day to check the traps. I notice a large squirrel in one of the traps so I called technician who told me he would be out to get the squirrel. He never showed up and the next morning the I found the squirrel was still in trap but dead. Then when he came out I spoke with him about how I thought about how much they charge which made the tech upset. I made payment arrangements but paid full after receiving a text that stated if I didn't pay they take me to court. I'll never use this company again.
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Greg and Michael. They supposedly did work on rental properties I own. But my tenants still have issues with pests. No progress made. Now they’re sending me hand scratched invoices and zero documentation of the work done and harassing me to pay for work that hasn’t been done. What an unprofessional company. If you want to spend over a thousand dollars on pest control and then get a napkin receipt, these are your dudes!! And I can second Becky’s post, all communication was rude and combative. I was not able to pay due to the napkin invoicing. requested a valid invoice on multiple occasions, however they refused and instead opted to terminate the job unfinished.
Response from ecoPRO Wildlife Solutions
We received no communication from this person after trying to contact for nearly two months. We never received any payment. Therefore, we discontinued services, which is very standard practice. I'm not sure what else we could have done here.
-Greg
I had contacted them about a mouse issue. Received call back from Greg. One of the RUDEST people I've ever spoken with. Impatient and kept interupting me.Treated me like a "dumb blond"! I know the difference between a mouse and rat! I did not set an appointment and now Greg calls several times a day. I had to block the number!
Response from ecoPRO Wildlife Solutions
We have no "Becky Sparks" in our call records. This is a fake review. -Greg
