We hired Austin’s to do some verticutting and seeding. When I went to flag my sprinkler heads in the morning for their crew, the sprinklers would not come up. I called Austin’s and asked if they could delay the job so I could trouble-shoot the sprinkler problem. It was definitely a bigger problem than I could handle. Within minutes Sam from Austin’s came out to our place and solved the problem and helped us to bypass a stuck valve in the irrigation. She fixed the problem. Water system works

Clint reinstalled and tested our backflow valve without issues. He tested and adjusted the sprinker heads as needed, and replaced a portion of the drip line that was leaking (without charge). And he took the time to showme how to best manage the watering schedule to save me time, effort, and water-- and improve the effectiveness of each watering. As always, he was professional, personable, technically competent, and on time. It is always a pleasure to have him service our irrigation system.

My huge tree fell on my neighbors fence. They had ALL the EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MACHINERY and PEOPLE to handle the job. They had a clamp truck to hold trunk while tree was being sawed to prevent further damage to fence. They had about 10 people on site each knowing what their job was.
