I had an exterminator come out named Sean and he was very kind and professional! He knew exactly where to look and help our problem! Really took care of us and would be calling them back if any future problems arise!

We’ve had a big mosquito problem at my house. I called Lauren and she sent Amber out to my house. Amber walked to the property with me as I explained everything and was very patient. She then gave me an option of a spray every three weeks that would most likely eradicate the mosquito issue… But would need to be done every three weeks. She then gave me a more cost-effective solution. This solution did not involve them spraying and in fact was not going to generate any revenue for the company directly from me. This tells me that she was definitely being honest with me, which is worth way more than a temporary solution. What she didn’t know is that I am in an industry where I deal with lots of people every day and I now have a go to for extermination. I value honesty, integrity, above all when it comes to services I use and or refer to others. I have learned today that this company has both and I would recommend them for anyone that has any issues with pests. Thank you again Amber for your expertise!

Our technician, Amber, was right on time, knowledgeable, thorough, and very careful. She far exceeded what we had come to expect from previous experience with exterminators. Most important, she gave us a reason to not look anywhere else for future services. Their price was very reasonable and they earn your business by doing the job well rather than locking you into a long-term contract.

There is no reason you should use any other service for pest control than Milberger's. Truly the only reasonably priced service in KC that doesn't lock you in to an overpriced contract. Lauren and Amber are incredibly kind and responsive as well.

When I couldn’t contact Bill Murray, I was given the contact for this company from a friend. Cheapest $250.00 I ever spent. Within 2 hours, I saw the moles coming out of the ground gasping for air and have video proof of this. The tech that showed up was cordial, knowledgeable, and just a good dude. Two additional visits were done over a week to confirm extermination. Also, Lauren is very sweet to talk to on phone. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with moles & voles. BOOM!

Big fan! In the KC metro area I’ve had contracts with a couple of other pest treatment firms…one was pricy and the other was flaky and never actually performed the treatment. Lauren and Amber are so genuine and customer focused. Amber came out last fall to do a mole inspection as well as provide options - she did not try to upsell me on anything, and was pragmatic about what would/wouldn’t work. Because of how educated she was on all pest control options, once I was out of my previous contract, I called Milberger’s to get set up. They are incredibly thorough and informative. I’m thrilled I have found Lauren and Amber and their team.

Great experience. I love that you can text to make an appointment. The guy was super friendly and he liked my cats Lol. He was very thorough and did a great job! Even asked questions to make sure he was getting the right spots.

Lauren and her team are very professional and take care of business there are no contracts and I can always depend on them to come out and take care of my pest control no questions asked. Focused Extermination has also gotten rid of voles for me and sprayed my backyard for mosquitoes
