Their sales rep intentionally represented lower pricing than the agreement, I’ve been trying to cancel for three days and am still being threatened with a fee when I was lied to about pricing. This branch / company is an absolute scam. Cancel my membership and waive the fee, your sales reps are highly unethical and making it harder to cancel / charging a fee in this circumstance is low class.

Door-to-door pressure, hidden contracts, and cancellation games. They even refuse to process cancellations at the end of the contract until the exact day the term expires — despite the contract not requiring that at all. If this isn’t a scam, it’s doing an excellent impression of one. Avoid.

They will come to your door even when you clearly have a “No Soliciting” sign posted. They pitch what sounds like a one-time bug treatment, but do not clearly disclose that it is actually a long-term membership. When you later try to cancel, you’re told it costs $250 to get out of the contract. This feels intentionally misleading and borderline predatory. On top of that, customer support is not U.S.-based — calls are routed to an overseas call center, which makes resolving issues even more difficult. When I called to confirm cancellation after my required year, I was told the “system wouldn’t allow it.” Only after speaking with my attorney did I learn that legally I only needed to notify them in writing — after that, it’s their responsibility. Strong advice: Always get everything in writing Read the entire contract before signing Don’t trust verbal promises Keep records of all communication Be very cautious dealing with this company.

We’re suddenly experiencing copious amounts of issues with the services provided, or actually not provided. If we are cancelling services, we must do so two days in advance, if they are and you’ve set aside your whole day for them, 20 minutes notice has to suffice. Charged for services that weren’t provided, check. Technician never showed up, check. Lack of communication, check. Technician saying they treated everywhere when in fact they didn’t, check. I’m upset that we are wasting our time and money on this company.

Company will tell you 1 thing and then change policies. Used them for 5 months they didn’t get rid of the wasps like they told me they could I cancelled services. Then they try to reduce service amount Then I get a service contract fee for cancellation. Even though the salesman said they’d get rid of the wasps and I could cancel at anytime ( no mention of the fee then) Way too many fake 5 star reviews. Dont trust this company

I have never had such a horrible stereotypically useless outsourced “customer service” experience in my life. Your only option to schedule service is by calling the 888 outsourced number, no email option, just calling. You then get the outsourced “customer service” people who can’t actually do anything at all but make you explain yourself and after EVERY SINGLE SENTENCE THEY REPEAT BACK EVERY SINGLE WORD YOU SAID! Without actually doing anything. Then they transfer you to the next person and you get to do it all over again, and they won’t do anything either. And you better believe they will repeat every single word right back at you, even if you ask them to stop! Obviously this makes the phone calls excruciatingly long and you never get scheduled or anything done in the end. In my entire life dealing with 800 numbers and customer service in general, I have never had experiences this bad. Every single time you call. Wasted 2 hours of my life with this nonsense.

I scheduled an appointment and rearranged my day to be home for it, but the technician never showed up and I didn’t receive a call or update to reschedule. Very disappointing experience. I expect better communication and reliability, especially when customers take time off to accommodate appointments.

Would be 0 if an option. I signed up in May with a rep that made promises that were never fulfilled. They were to do the entire back yard/fence/pool area, front yard and house. They came first time, then ten days later the next treatment. That did nothing. I contacted my rep and he sent a crew back out. I still saw no success. They came the 2nd time and bugs still awful. I have contacted my rep and was told it would be rescheduled and nothing yet, it has been about a week. One of 3 things, the rep lies to get you to sign up, the crew doesn't do what they are supposed to do or the so called chemicals are garbage. I see there is a class action lawsuit being started if anyone is interested. I am canceling this service.

After more than a year of service, we have cancelled our agreement. The service techs in the Olathe, KS area would come out and take care of the visible needs, but not the major needs. They laid out several bait traps around our home. Despite the bait traps, we continued to catch mice in the home. My husband was able to acquired a key to the traps unbeknownst to the company and found that the bait stations had not been baited for awhile, there were only a few pieces left behind. He called the and they returned. This is after other issues throughout the year such as not working the parameter based on our camera recordings. The next service, my husband checked the bait boxes again. Not only was there just a few remnants of bait in there, a giant, yes giant, rat had made the station into their nest. It had had one litter which the residue of the poison had killed, but there was also a living 2nd litter in the box filled with leaves and grass to make a nest. At that point we were done giving the company chances to improve. I do not recommend the Olathe office nor the national based on how they have handled the entire situation.

I have never in my life dealt with such a scummy company. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT trust this company, and don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews (they offer discounts to customers to leave those). They utilize very pushy salesmen, false promises, and will schedule you for treatments you didn't agree to pay for without your consent. Foolishly on our part, we got into a contract with them after a pushy salesman came to our door making promises that ultimately neither he, nor the company ever kept. The treatment that was done was completely useless and did not make a dent in our bug problems. When contacting the salesman directly, as was promised to us we could do, he ghosted us and forced us to call their help desk. By this point we were ready to cancel our contract and and felt we shouldn't have to pay the outrageous $250 cancellation fee (that kicks in if you don't cancel within the ridiculous first 3 days) as none of what was told to us was either documented and none of the promises made were kept. We were told if we payed for one more single mosquito treatment at the price of $80 they could wave the $250. After some deliberation, we called back to do just that and were told the price was going to be $100, which we reluctantly agreed to just to be done with them. This treatment was equilly ineffective, and whats more we were charged the $250 cancellation fee anyway. After weeks of fighting them and threats of legal action, we were finally refunded our $250. In one last shady attempt to steal money from us, they scheduled for a future treatment 6 months from now, when we had made very clear we were done with them and would not give them our business further.
