Supposedly services Carlyle apartments in shawnee but all they do is put a couple 2 in. glue traps down every 3 months. Apartments and public areas like the halls and laundry rooms have a chronic roach and spider problem. Supposedly they were going to do a treatment that required tenants to clean out their kitchen and bathroom cabinets but they have been no shows multiple times and if it wasn’t for the tenants calling the apartment office they would have never known and paid for incomplete servi
I have been working with Mantis for a couple of years now. Each experience has been a very positive one and they are thorough and everyone I’ve worked with has been very pleasant. In one instance, where we had just purchased a new home, we needed additional treatments to get the bugs under control. They were always quick with follow up and there when they said they would be. I appreciate this about them and comfortable in my recommendation.
Knowing Richard and his team over the years it is clear they care beyond the job. The knowledge they have on all the insects and pests we have in our area is staggering and they know how to treat and remove them as well. I highly recommend Richard and the whole team.
