I wanted to say that the techs do not care about the service they are providing. We spend hundreds of dollars and they just assume we do not see what they are doing. Half the time they do not provide the 3 foot barrier and they decide that it is okay to not spray where the contract says. I have spoken with the office and they say that person does not do that. Do you listen to the customer?? Do you think they are lying. I will not renew my service contract. Do you know what customer service is??
For over 23 years I have had and will continue to have Pro-Spray Pest Control as my pest control company. My daughter and I have had a wonderful experience with JEM Pests. We have used this service for over a year and it is always fantastic. Daniel has been doing our service at my home and my daughter’s.
