I wanted to say that the techs do not care about the service they are providing. We spend hundreds of dollars and they just assume we do not see what they are doing. Half the time they do not provide the 3 foot barrier and they decide that it is okay to not spray where the contract says. I have spoken with the office and they say that person does not do that. Do you listen to the customer?? Do you think they are lying. I will not renew my service contract. Do you know what customer service is??
For over 23 years I have had and will continue to have Pro-Spray Pest Control as my pest control company. Larry and Kyle are knowledgeable all things pest and always provide me information that is easy to understand. Also, they have provided me with ease of mind, by taking care of all our needs. My daughter and I have had a wonderful experience with JEM Pests. We have used this service for over a year and it is always fantastic. Daniel has been doing our service at my home and my daughter’s. He was knowledgeable, patient in explaining terms and bent over backwards to not sell me unneeded treatments. Once we agreed on a treatment plan, he was able to execute it within seven days.
