Horrible customer service! My husband had made an appointment for pest control at our home for today with a window for the technician to arrive from 3-5pm. The technician texted my husband the day of to say he would not make it do to not being in the area and tried to reschedule. Why make an appointment if it’s not going to be honored. I had been fighting ants for months. I called Integrity Pest Solutions and haven’t seen an ant since. I now have a maintenance program with them that is very affordable. I also have children and dogs (that I think of as part of my family) and when they first came, I did my due diligence to be sure that the service is safe and have been using them for over 2 years since then. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, kindness and quality of the pest control I get. My only regret is that
