Beware. This organization lacks integrity. They make it impossible to cancel. I called and canceled and they still continued to charge me for services. Now they are threatening me with collection services if I don’t pay. I’ve round and round with them on the phone. Plus this organization has a class action lawsuit against it.

I was an EcoShield customer for about a year and a half. The service was ok... never great, but it was acceptable until their “free annual inspection" this fall. I was told it would be a 90-minute, top-to-bottom inspection of the whole house. The technician was here for only about 20 minutes. His explanations for our pest issues were dismissive (“your dogs can handle the mice,” “fruit flies are normal if you have fruit,” “ants come in because they like water”) and offered no actual solutions. On top of his sarcastic explanations, he refused to inspect the areas we were promised. He said, “I know what they tell you on the phone, but I’ve been doing this 30 years and know that I don't have to check every area." Despite finding no evidence of termites, he still pushed a $2,000 termite “preventative,” making it clear the inspection was mostly a sales opportunity. When I complained, the General Manager responded quickly and offered to do the proper inspection himself. We scheduled it, and then he simply didn’t show. No call, no email, and no response when I followed up. I finally was able to cancel my service a few weeks later. Looking back, the aggressive and misleading (telling me my neighbors signed a contract with them, not knowing that my neighbor is my best friend and I'd eventually find out that was a lie) sales process when I first signed up was an early warning. My overall experience showed a pattern of inconsistency and a lack of integrity.

Stay away from anyone going door to door trying to sign you up for their service. EcoShield is very expensive and most of the services they provide you could easily do yourself. Aggressive marketing practices are a big red flag. You’ll eventually, about three months in to the contract, realize that you could be knocking down spider webs yourself, spraying hornets with Raid, and putting out ant poison yourself for a 1,000th of what they charge. You’ll try to cancel the contract and then find out you’d have to pay a $250 early cancellation fee if you do. The positive reviews here can’t be legitimate.

I have had service for a few years, called them about yellow jackets, they took care of that the first year. The yellow jackets are back in the exact same area, but now they want more money over me regular service. Makes zero sense. Also i found wasp nests on my front poirch, which is part of my service. They serviced my house few days ago. how did they miss that? I will be dropping them and never use them again.

I had this company for 2 years and they did a very poor job every time they came to spray the house, I payed them a lot of money for a mouse infection in the basement of my house. At the end of the 2 years I still have a mouse problem as well as yellow jackets. They came 2 times to spray for yellow jackets and did not kill them. At the 3rd appointment they wanted $600 to remove the nest. I ended my contract and called a new company that killed the yellow jackets at once without removing any nest, they will also protect the house from any insects. This company NEVER protected the house from insects. What a waist of money. Do not get this company and check other reviews in the internet they have a 1.5 starts

I recently ended my contract with this company after a very frustrating year. On their very first visit, a technician accidentally damaged my porch banister but didn’t acknowledge it. I contacted their office literally a dozen times over several weeks to discuss reimbursement and was repeatedly told someone would follow up. They couldn’t have cared less. The manager eventually left me a voicemail promising a check, but I never received one. Because I was under contract, they continued to provide service, but our pest problem actually got worse, not better. Despite multiple treatments, we ended up with more ants than before. To make matters worse, I’ve had repeated unannounced visits from sales representatives, even after I explained that I fired them.

I am told one thing and something else happens. The worker does there job but the salesman dont. I signed a least under false pretents where my money was an issue promised twice that this money wouldnt come out of my account and they would wait. The saleman sold me a 6 year package that they only do 2 years. I am very disappointed in this service and the way they have handled this whole situation. I will be canceling my contract.

While I was not satisfied with the overall services provided, I would like to commend the customer service team for their outstanding support. Fatima, Carl, and Joy were exceptional—professional, patient, and thorough in guiding me through the processes and services I was navigating. Their dedication and communication were greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the service technicians was disappointing. It appeared that corners were cut during visits, and several issues remained unresolved. I had to contact the company multiple times to address problems that should have been handled during the scheduled appointments. As a result, my pest issues persisted.

Ecoshield came around my neighborhood and falsely claimed our neighbors were using their services. First they told me my neighbor next to us uses them which I found out was a lie then they told my neighbor on the other side that I use their services which is also a lie. They used specific names too, it wasn’t some generalization. Pretty scummy way to get started.

Trying to work from home and this dude has literally knocked on my door repeatedly all day long trying to sell services and then took an attitude when I called him out on it. I don't need any psy control services right now and you can be sure that when I do it won't be with these clowns.
