Since contacting them, I have been with Pest Pro about seeing a mouse in the home and droppings in a few places. They came out to the house, checked the house, treated it, and put down traps. On the outside, they placed baited traps in various places. Well, that has been a tremendous help. We have not seen any mice or droppings. The office staff take into consideration my schedule when setting up appointments. Technicians are always on time. Personable, knowledgeable.
