Love this company. I have been using them for years. They are so accommodating. All the techs are so nice and so willing to help. I had a large mouse issue about 4 years ago. Within a few weeks, all the mice were gone. I haven't had an issue since. They have fixed carpenter bees, stink bugs, ants in my garage, silver fish, and lantern flies. Their treatments are pet friendly. I will recommend GPM to anyone needing help with creepy crawlies. Thank you!

After multiple treatments and years of routine service, they can’t prevent, kill, or stop the ants in second floor bathroom. I’m moving on from them. To the response, yeah it’s you-added your text to prove it. I still have ants BTW.

Hi JBM, are you sure you have the right company? We don't have anyone that has cancelled recently with your description, and based on your review name I can't look up an account. I'm very surprised to hear that a problem like that wasn't handled, especially after you say you had "years of routine service" with us? There hasn't been an ant problem that we haven't been able to take care of. Did you take advantage of our pest free guaranteed where you call us up and we come out and re-service at no extra charge? I don't mean to question your review, but this sounds very out of the ordinary for Green Pest Management.

The sales people of this company are liars! They were going door to door in my neighborhood selling services to people. The sales person told me if I decided I didn't want the service or didn't find it useful I could "fire" him at any time. No obligation. Then I find out he lied and I'm tied in for a year service that I don't want. The service was not useful and I didn't need to continue with them. When I call to cancel I get the BS about a termination fee. I plan to change them back and never do business with them ever again. Horrible company and dishonest sales people!

They send one person walking around a no solicitations neighborhood , knocking on doors with no company name on front or back of shirt, no flyers, no game plan, not in a vehicle! Nobody is going to open the front door to that! You all need a much better scripted person, if you are legit at all, that introduces himself first , company they're from & advertising info in hand. Not someone addressing me as " hey do you have spiders and ants in your home? " WTH! I asked him what company he represents? Any legit company should send flyers out or leave info on doors. In response to your reply -- You are not allowed to solicit door to door in this neighborhood. I don't care what type of Maryland licensing you have. I conferred with my immediate neighbors. We have all lived here for 20 plus years and never had one solicitor ever knock on the door! You want to get into this neighborhood ??drop flyers in mailboxes!! BTW your representative did not introduce himself immediately. I had to ask him multiple questions over n over my door camera speaker trying to understand what he wanted...his shirt was not legible with any type of name on the front or back that was visible from a door camera. I can send you the entire video of our dialogue and what we saw. He appeared to me as not legitament. My neighbor told him that he was trespassing & to get off his property. In today's day and age, walking up to someone's front door without an appointment or clearly marked vehicle, is asking for trouble!!! Even if he pulled up in a police car, I would not have opened the door without multiple questions being fired at him!

Hi Dina, <br><br>Just for your information. Our sales reps have the required state licensing to be knocking in your area. Our sales reps wear shirts and sometimes hats, with the company name visibly displayed. Why would a sales rep knocking doors in a neighborhood pull up in a car, knock on a door and go get back in a car to go to the next house? That would be an incredibly inefficient use of time. These are hard working young men and women doing a challenging job and learning along the way. We offer better customer service and get the job done right compared to most if not all of these so called “legit companies” you’re referring to.<br>

I agreed to their pest control sometime last year in April of 2023. I hired them to handle my carpenter bees and other bee issues at the house among other intermittent pest control such as ants and mice we noted from time to time. They said if we did not like the service we could terminate at any time. They were not successful removing any bees or other pests during the period they came to our home from May 2023 to February 2024. Their service personnel that they sent did not climb ladders or have tools to reach problem areas. We called and complained about one service person who seemed unable to do any of the jobs required to put down traps, or remove bees and said that ladders were dangerous when we asked if he was equipped with one. They seemed to understand about our complaint and we were told he would never be sent to our house again because he was no longer with the company. He was there for the next service visit. When I notified them to not come any longer, they refused to allow me to terminate before my year was up and brought up a contract that I signed. I explained that they were not doing the job that they were hired for, so a year means nothing in the event that they are not servicing the contract at all. They said I had to keep them for one year regardless. They told me that bee extermination was not part of their service, and that they were doing this as a favor to me. I told them not to come for the current month or next month regardless as I felt they were doing more harm and not worth anything. They suddenly slapped a termination fee. They pulled out a document I signed that was in small print different than what they said. Then they sent me to collections for refusing to pay for a service that was not done. They reported me to Transworld Systems Inc. Today I have a new pest control service and after their second visit my pest problems are in control. No bees, no ants, and the few mice we saw seem to be gone also. I would be very concerned about signing any contracts with this division of Green Pest. The multipage, small print document says under the termination clause "...may cancel anytime prior to midnight of the third business day after the date the initial service is rendered...." so my fault for not noting that i had three days from signing on the first day to quit or I had to keep them no matter how bad the service was. Actually a legal clause on a contract is only good if you provide the service that you are contracted to do. You can be quitted anytime, if you are not doing you job. They didn't remove any pests. They collected most of the 628.00 they said was part of the contract before I terminated them for doing nothing. The only part they are claiming to charge me for is the termination fee of $101.76 that almost equals the last two months of the service period that I did not want them to continue. I hope no one else is too busy to read the small print and hires this incompetent business.

Straight up pain for trying to sell the services even after expressed NO INTEREST! The first guy had me considering it for the fall. The second hawker destroyed that chance. Today I was disturbed AGAIN with the worker refusing to take no for an answer. Had to point out camera(s) and ensure him that the community is no soliciting. He wanted to argue that he had a badge. That badge gives no access to my property. I guess I will not consider them because of aggressive salespeople while I’m trying to finish tasks. After reporting them to numerous sources THEN I get an e mail removing me from thier “list”

Cancelation fee is outrageous. They want you to pay every single service even if they don’t spray or treat? I wanted to cancel because they’ve treated roughly 3 times now. The first service was great. The next 2 they fell short on their word and didn’t touch the webs or wasps on my home? Come to find out they over whelm there technicians with stops. It’s not his fault but the company! Unacceptable

This is the busiest season and time of year which we try to accommodate by staffing accordingly, which, in business doesn't work 100% of the time. As for your comment about paying for every service if we don't spray or treat is inaccurate. This is the very reason we have our pest free guarantee free re-services as a check to make sure our technicians are doing what they are supposed to, to ensure you are getting the best service possible. With that being said, don't hesitate to ask for free re-services. As for the early cancellation fee, this is an industry standard practice, but most pest control companies charge a much higher early termination fee than we do. I'm sorry your experience was not great like the majority of our customers. Unfortunately in your case this is the exception and not the rule. We hope to do better next time and make it a 5-star service.<br>

I recently had a disappointing experience with GreenPest company. A sales representative pressured me into signing a one-year contract by stating that he needed to secure one customer that day. Feeling cornered, I agreed to the contract, trusting the sales guy professionalism. However, after the first service, I decided to cancel the service. I was shocked when I was informed that the cancellation fee would be $250, despite having been told initially that the service fee was $100. The customer service agent was rude and he got furious after he heard about cancellation and determined to get 250$ from me. The entire experience has left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I would caution others about the company shady practices and be wary of high-pressure sales tactics. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend GreenPest company and suggest seeking pest control services from a more transparent and customer-friendly provider.

Hi Karthik, I’m sorry you felt deceived. According to our records you signed the contract 5/22/24 and your service wasn’t until 5/24/24. You still had a few days to cancel before the service was performed. In the contract it mentions that after you’ve received your 1st treatment and then you cancel within 3 days you pay back the discount that you received which is $150, not the $250 that you are saying. $100 of that is to pay for the initial service that you have already received. We try to be as transparent as possible. With your discount you really did get a great deal on a top notch pest control service. We will take care of your pest problems efficiently and effectlively.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. The sales person lied about the package I signed up for. He showed up for the initial treatment in June, left spiderwebs outside my door (hired for spider treatment, mind you), and said he'd be back in July. No one came in July, or August and I had to call the company this month to find out what was going on. They said they had no way of knowing that my house had been missed and I asked for a refund and cancellation of contract. Karissa told me she would have the owner call me by end of day because I stated I'm not paying the insane $150 cancellation fee when I did not receive services I paid for. No one called. I left 2 voicemails since then and have not heard anything. This company is wildly unprofessional. When I called there were dogs barking and children screaming in the background. My advice: find an alternative company.

I just had a young man show up at my door trying to sell their services. When I explained that I currently had a contract with a competitor he continued to show me how they doing the ant treatment incorrectly. I explained that I was happy with my current provider and he continued to tell me what they were doing wrong. I don’t need a kid coming to my door and arguing with me why his company is better. He was arrogant, unprofessional, rude and down right disrespectful. I asked him to leave and in the most condescending way told me to “have a wonderful day”. I wouldn’t use this company simply for a disrespectful kid coming to my door and telling me why I shouldn’t be using the company I do now. I wouldn’t show up at anyone’s door and treat a potential customer the way this kid treated me. I’ve been in the service industry for 30 years and I never talk bad about my competitors. They should teach their sales people the same respect.

I specifically told them that I wanted POWDER, not liquid, for our treatment. And they used liquid anyway, it has stained our car and our windows! They trick you into a year subscription.. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!! Not worth it!! They don’t even use a ladder to get up in the eaves on my second story.
