Ehrllch pest control maybe a good conpany in doing work to get rid of wildlife HOWEVER their customer service and billing department are horrible and the worst. I had work done on my home in April 2025 and agreed to pay 50.00 per month. I went to make a payment on August 28th for 50.00 and they put a hold on my account and took 700.00 yes 700.00 of my money out of my account. It took me several weeks and about a month and half to get the money back. I had to get a new checking account and debit

About a year ago, out of the blue, rodents began to run about in my condo. I went from one or two, with slight movement in the dark, to me turning on the kitchen light and seeing a mouse scatter across the counters. It was HORRIBLE! Loyalty Pest was contacted, Ceyron and crew came out, checked every nook and cranny, placed traps and wired close openings that may have been an entry point.
