Great service
Frontline is an excellent Company with very knowledgeable, professional and friendly service techs. Joseph Alcon is one of their best! We had an ant issue and since they became our pest control team the problem was resolved and has been under control year round. Thank Frontline for being a great partner.
Daniel came today for mosquito treatment. He is very professional and kind young man.
Consume beware! If you are seeking an exterminator to do a meticulous job, this company is not it. When traps are layed down where there are already traps and specific entry ways are not found, the job is sub-par! Thank God my husband found the entrance where the mice were coming in and sealed it himself. This company will charge you an initial fee and a cancelation fee even if you're not satisfied with their services.

Bryan is a great guy. He is super friendly and very informative about my pest situation. He always makes sure he takes all the old traps with him and accommodates to my pet every visit. I would not recommend this company..I thought they would spray my property..but they sprinkled a few granules around my house..did not get rid of ants. ..actually made it worse..I have paid 350.00 for two siftings of granules.and I am trapped in a contract for 300.00 more.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Just sharing my experience, 5 months ago a young man showed up on escooter promoting frontline pest. There services and discount they could offer got my attention and seemed worth it at the time nothing more was sailed or offered other than what there services provided and the price of it , keep in mind we rent and try to keep bills to a minimum since than we have been warned about the increase in activity after initial visit but there has not only been a increase in and out of the house but there has not been a decrease period it goes back down to how it was before we had frontline with all that on the back burner I simply ask to cancel my service the gentleman proceeds to tell me there was a contract that was agreed to while the young man was here that I have absolutely no regard of and this is very unsettling with me I hope others can learn from my experience and think twice before accepting any “good offers”

Absolutely DO NOT use this pest service. Not only do they rob you and not get rid of your problem, but then they force you into a contract that cannot be voided no matter what. Our pests issue never got better, in fact, it got worse, and I ended up moving due to the issue. Even after moving out of the state they are telling me I am still responsible to pay the rest of the year. For what exactly? Did they get rid of my problem? Absolutely not. Do they still want my money absolutely! Worst customer service experience ever.

Terrible. We were on their service for a full year. We had more ants, spiders and sprickets in our house then when we started. They said we might see a increase at the start but then they should go away. The bugs never went away. 8 months in we were killing 50-60 ants a day all over my house, kitchen, living room, my office where there is no food, laundry room etc. Last month I had a friend come out who had a pest control business in NJ and northern DE. Ants and spiders disappeared almost overnight. Total waste of money. If you want to flush money down the drain buy the bug killers from Walmart. Same result.

I don’t have any needs wanted to tell you one of your salesman came to Oakknoll development on Acorn Forest Dr in Felton. And we told him there is no soliciting. Two big signs state that at entrances. Still he went door to door. Please keep your rude sales people out of here. Residents will call you if needed. Thank you for your cooperation.

Let me say the employees have been helpful and considerate and most of the review focus on that. However, the reason for contracting with Frontline Pest was to solve our very difficult ant problem. The first treatment did not help at all. I called and they returned for a second treatment. Ants continue to be a problem. Just now I was outside using my weed trimmer and lifted a stone next to the foundation of my home and was immediately covered with ants. The little ones. All in the ground at the foundation where the most recent treatment was applied. If I could cancel, I would, as return treatments do nothing, but the charge to cancel makes it silly to do so. I have yet to get my second scheduled treatment and they say I need to wait and see but for now my wife is trenching around the house with store-bought treatments as we cannot wait weeks for the scheduled return. Yes they come back and yes they are nice people but the product is totally ineffective.

I'd like to make some clarifications as there seems to be some confusions. I'd like to clarify that Frontline specializes in pest control and not extermination. Our services entail the gradual decline in a pest's population rather than their immediate elimination. We typically come out and follow up every two weeks in order to monitor said decrease and adjust out strategy as needed. Ants in particular typically get worse before getting better and seeing an increase in their population and then a decrease is to be expected. They showed up at my door to sell me services. I accepted and a technician came out. He called and let me know that I had termites. When the termite guy came he walked around looked and then said he's not sure what happened to the termites, but they're not here anymore but they were still going to treat for $1,200. I let him know that I needed to discuss this with my significant other, he left came back in and said he was able to speak to his supervisor and they lowered it to $600. I agreed and they scheduled for someone to come out. In the meantime I got bombarded with phone calls text messages and emails reminding me of the same appointment over and over again. When I called in and asked to cancel my services with them, because they're so overbearing I was told it's a $300 cancellation fee. I started services with them on May 22nd and ask the cancel services on May 29th. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I'm told one will call me back and then I am told they're in meetings. In the meantime the thermite guys shows up and starts drilling up my yard. Communicating effectively with these people does not help. It's like talking to my wall.

I am over this company. They provide little notice of when they will show up. I have no idea what I am paying for. He said he would take care of it. I have about a dozen ant mounds on my patio. And I told the guy who sold me termite service about the ants and seemed a surprise today to the ditzy customer service person. What a scam and a rip off!

Despite our neighborhood have no soliciting signs, they come through every year anyway. Against my better judgement we decided to try them. Absolutely terrible. They'd schedule a time and just plain not show up. I called over and over and over trying to get out of the contract and kept being told that they had to finish their services. So I told them FINE come out and actually DO the job then. Still took upwards of 3 weeks for someone to show up. Finally got through all the services and CANCELED. Now, they come back every year soliciting and it's so annoying. Also, the bugs got WORSE when they were "treating" our house. Since we have canceled the service, we have had less bugs. Funny.
