I have called twice this month to get an estimate to have a dehumidifier installed. Left messages on both occasions. Still no response. It must be nice to refuse new business. I currently have an extermination plan with them. I will be canceling that since they don't need the business.

I wanted to say that the techs do not care about the service they are providing. We spend hundreds of dollars and they just assume we do not see what they are doing. Half the time they do not provide the 3 foot barrier and they decide that it is okay to not spray where the contract says. I have spoken with the office and they say that person does not do that. Do you listen to the customer?? Do you think they are lying. I will not renew my service contract. Do you know what customer service is???? Plus there were two techs here.

Be very cautious when signing up for their services. The techs are friendly and do a good job however the representatives are absolutely terrible. We tried to cancel in 2019 and was sent out a tech anyway. We told the tech we canceled and he said no problem. We called again and they stated we needed to send in a letter. Even thou we never sent the letter of cancelation they never returned...thinking we were good. Final notice bill was sent 2020 with 100$ in fees. We never recd the full service! Called again and the rep told us to pay or see us in court. They refused to work with us. The service was for 3-4 sprays. . 8 months later we recd a letter from a lawyer for 812$. Double the charges. There is other options available at a lower rate and better customer service. Just be aware..they will not work with you.

We asked them to come today and remove a wasp nest, while the exterminator was here asked him to look around the exterior of the house for more nests which he claimed he did, alleging he found nothing. Later today while out on the porch I saw 2 more potter’s wasp nests within mere feet of the one removed and called back. The operator tried to remedy the situation twice by having him return, but the cowardly supervisor made her do the dirty work and we were then informed it would be another $195.00 call to come back and do the work he was asked to do initially. At the same time tried to upsell us the yearly service plan. All we asked was for a mistake to be corrected. Will never use again. Buyer beware!

If I could give zero stars I would. Had my crawlspace encapsulated in 2016, because they were the lowest bidder and I definately got less than I paid for. The crew they sent was rude and incredibly unprofessional. The "work" that was performed is substandard, at best. There is water in my crawlspace where they didn't even get their seams right in the poly, and water rising up around the sewer pipe where they clearly tried to tape around rusty galvanized pipe. Because I didn't pay for their "full encapsulation package" due to already having a sump pump and Sante Fe dehumidifier, they want nothing to do with me now and refuse to stand by their work. I have been told to "contact another company", which I have done, and have been told Brasure's has a reputation for this type of shoddy work in the area. Dealing with them was a bad experience even before the work was done, and has continued to get even worse since. Who doesn't stand behind their work? It's shameful. This company needs to go out of business. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Brasures Pest Control is only after the customers $$$ they will not even give you a ballpark estimate over the telephone but instead they demand $150- to come out to your property to give you an estimate which most likely will end up being higher once the work is done. Plus they are very rude when you ask them why do they charge $150- for an estimate. They do not give us, the customer our right to find a fair price for a service so we can make an educated decision of who to hire. I guess someone has to pay for their commercials on TV - Obviously Brasures passes the TV commercials cost on to the customer - What a rip-off !!

I have been using Brasures for five years. I am an elderly woman. Apparently I lost track of my payment of 360.00. I sent them the payment as soon as I was notified of the arrears through on line banking. They should be getting the payment today, however they denied services for tomorrow. I have a excellent credit history...never any problems. The technicians do an ok job....the business office is the problem.

Horrible service! Called to make an appointment for yard treatment. They indicated they would spray a week later. Received a text Friday morning that read they needed to reschedule due to inclement weather. Called today (Monday) to inquire about reschedule date. Kim, who is unprofessional and has the sensitivity of a Komodo Dragon, sniped that there were customers ahead of me. This is illogical at best. If I was scheduled for a Friday spray, how are customers ahead of me on Monday? Avoid this business!

We were very disappointed. The service was a whooping $175 and it did nothing! Within two weeks we called and they recommended us waiting another 10 days before a recall order to come out and spray again. Of course we missed the 30 day time frame for a recall...we should have known better. Our time and money was waisted. For all we know, they spayed water the first time. Shady business, we wouldn't recommend them.
