Needed pest control for Carpet Beetles. Ali confirmed everything he was doing before he started. Completed the inside and outside spraying within about a half hour. Was extremely professional and quite knowledgeable. I’ll be back in 30 days for a follow up.

Orkin service was excellent! Brian is awesome! He did a phenomenal job servicing my home today. I feel confident knowing that Orkin truly cares about keeping my home free of any rodents and insects. They spent <5 min for pest treatment but just take pictures and blame customers.

I was not impressed with the individual that came to my home he seemed to put minimal effort into our pest problem and when he was leaving he said he would be back the following week and never showed we had to call over a dozen times and no answer until I selected new customer instead of existing customer only then did we get someone on the phone

I have never left a review for any business before but what happened with this company deserves a review. I called Orkin out to take a look at a pretty aggressive yellow jacket nest my husband and I have by our side door that goes into our bedroom. We knew it was there since the start of the season and had been using spray and treating it at home as we did not have the financial capability of calling someone out, but they continued coming back. Eventually the yellow jackets found a way into my bedroom and upon further inspection, we found the nest was in between our siding and inner bedroom wall. So I decided to call in the "professionals". They charged my husband $321 dollars for an initial treatment - which we were told by the office staff includes removal of the nest and then aggressive treatment around the house and making sure no stragglers made nests elsewhere. I was assured the nest would be removed as I expressed that I was not looking for just treatments at this point. The tech came out and was there for about 30-40 minutes and all he did was spray the nest and throw dust on my house, which is the same thing my husband and I were doing for months that did not work. The tech told my husband the nest could not be removed since it was too active and he would be back the next day to take another look. He never came out and when I called the office to express my displeasure, I was told someone would be out 8/18 between 4-6p. I was never notified anything was scheduled in advance until that morning. I told them I may not be home until closer to 6p but to call me when they are coming out so I have a heads up. No one called and no one showed up. My husband called them today (8/19) to explain this and we were told the tech was there from 3:08p-3:18p. I was not told he would be arriving early after explicitly asking for a phone call when he was coming, which I never received for the initial visit or the one from yesterday. We got an email, for each service visit, that the tech was on the way and then another a few minutes after stating the service couldn't be performed. When my husband tried to further explain our frustrations, the representative told him he was wrong and the invoice from what happened was emailed to him, he never received an email and they told him it would be resent to him and then hung up on him! I have multiple cameras on my property including a doorbell cam, and 1, if not 2, cameras on each side of my house, including the side where the nest is. The camera's are motion censored and give a notification when they have been triggered, my cameras were never once triggered. We even went as far as looking back through the camera footage to the time they claim someone showed up and there was nothing. This company is a JOKE. Charged me $321 and some change to do the same thing I was already doing and in the end, THE NEST IS STILL A PROBLEM! Not to mention, they wanted at least $50-$60 to do monthly treatments after the initial! I myself work in a customer representative position and have been for years and if I would've treated or acted the way these people did, I would've at the MINIMUM, gotten written up, if not worse. I was never given the service I was told would be provided and when I tried to allow Orkin the chance to correct the issue, they continued to fail. We were never rude or irate when we called them, we just simply expressed our frustrations with the way they were handling the issue and still, it was not handled. Don't bother with this company unless you just want to pay money for them to waste your time. In the end, the nest was never removed. Now I have to spend more money out of pocket, that I do not have, to just fix the issue myself, like I should have from the beginning. I thought calling in "professionals" would make this easier for me and all it did was make things more difficult. I have been on both sides, as both the representative behind the phone and the customer on the other end and I can say, I have never been so thoroughly disgusted with a business in my life.

Wasn’t great. I had someone come out today and felt like he just wanted to leave right away. I understand they do not treat flies/cluster flies but I was told they could treat our area to prevent/remove bugs that might be preventing the flies from coming in. Always had great service! But not today.
Set up an appointment to have pest control treatment at my house for ants. Day of the appointment I get a text stating a tech would arrive some time between 2 and 4 pm. Im sitting here currently at 430pm and no one has shown up, I called the local office doing the treatment about 6 or 7 times over the course of the last 30mins, not a single person answers, all it does is rings. Very unprofessional. Edit: the response from the owner is a complete joke, Ive called the number on there response 10+ times, not a single person ever answers the phone

If I could I would give them 0 stars, have been waiting for months to get my service completed, this is the second Saturday I can't spent with my family waiting on someone to come out and again they didn't show up, last week they said the person had an emergency which they didn't even inform me and this saturday AGAIN no call to inform me they weren't showing up!! Would not recommend even to my enemy!!!

What a terrible experience. I received a call back to give me a quote. The woman was initially so sweet. She gave me the cost for service (seemed high?) and then wanted me to immediately set an appointment. I asked her to email me the quote so that I could show my husband later. She said she couldn’t do that. Alarm bells! I questioned her as to why she couldn’t, and she replied that she would get in trouble? I told her that I have never had a company refuse to send me a written quote, and nicely relayed my concerns that this sounded a bit shady. Boy, did she get indignant. She was no longer sweet as sugar and told me to have a nice day, ending the conversation. Fine, right? If that’s the way they choose to do business, so be it. Well 8:30 that night I received a call from the same number and didn’t answer. 2 seconds later another call. I could not believe that she (or her manager?) kept calling and calling. No voice message. Just kept calling as if I was going to pick up. 5 times! Then, 8:30 this morning the calls started again. One after another. I blocked the number. How dare they barrage me with phone calls. Leave a message if you have something to say to me. Or email me. I would NEVER do business with this company.

Worst experience ever! The guy didn’t even show up for my appointment the first day! Called out of work and had to find a sitter for nothing waited around for 3 hours jus for him not to show up or call me!

Terrible communication and service!! I got a call from your representative, that told me he was around the corner and would be at my house in 15 minutes. Are you kidding me? That was my advance notice. Not to mention the last time he was here he spent all of 12 minutes. Did not give me any feedback. Not to mention he left all of the mouse traps, all fifty two of them strewn about my house. This after the mice have been gone for over a month. I will not mention your competitor, but I miss them terribly. I was a self-employed company owner for 33 years myself, note to Orkin, communication is key! Service should be a given, especially when you pay $800 for the service. If it wasn't for my excellent credit rating, I would not pay the balance. I don't like paying for something I was promised, but didn't happen. Five thumbs down. Except for the first technician. At least he spent the time to explain to me what was going on.
