Their applications are inconsistent and the technicians dont seem to communicate with the office. All the office can go by is what the technician notes and if you dispute it they act like you are the problem. Travis was a real condesending prick and was quick to remind me of my 6 month service contract. Which is fine because money is not the issue. Qualit

I was dealing with a major spider problem outside of my home and was referred to Dave Smith Exterminating from a neighbor. I called and spoke with both Pam and Teresa to set up an appointment for Treatment. That in itself was a real pleasure. They are both very friendly and professional. Top notch communication as well. I chose the quarterly treatment program. It is very reasonable and well worth it because they will return between treatments free of charge to address any issues if needed. Dre
