Absolutely DO NOT use this pest service. Not only do they rob you and not get rid of your problem, but then they force you into a contract that cannot be voided no matter what. Our pests issue never got better, in fact, it got worse, and I ended up moving due to the issue. Even after moving out of the state they are telling me I am still responsible to pay the rest of the year. For what exactly? Did they get rid of my problem? Absolutely not. Do they still want my money absolutely! Worst custome

Rex, the owner, personally came to my property to do an assessment within 24 hours of my call. He was knowledgeable, patient in explaining terms and bent over backwards to not sell me unneeded treatments. Once we agreed on a treatment plan, he was able to execute it within seven days. During treatment, he and his team member were quick, but diligent, and respectful of my property. I felt that the price point for the treatment was very reasonable, especially considering it comes with a warranty.
Had a major mice problem inside my house. I tried all the safe no kill solutions but none of them worked. I was very concerned about my dog or other animals getting hurt by the poison used to get rid of the mice. The tech assured me that it would only hurt the mice(the strength put down) bait that was used in the open were locked so no animals or children could get into them. I was highly satisfied with the knowledge from both the service representative and the Technicians that came to the house

I was recommended by one of my contractors to use Rex for our pest control needs. We just bought this 100+ year old house and needed to get a WDI report. Absolutely thrilled with everything about this company. Ralph was on time for the original inspection/estimate….as well as when he came to do the actual work. “We have used this service in the past and we were not happy with the outcome however we gave it another try. So far they have been out for 3-4 treatments and we continue to get eaten alive by mosquitoes. I have sent emails between the times they have come out and each time they tell me we were scheduled that week to be treated again and then we wait a few more days for someone to come out. I would like to think that we would have seen some relief by now however that has not been the case”

We had more bugs after the service then before we started. Also, the lack of professionalism was mind boggling.
