“I paid this company for over a year to not eliminate rats from our 100+ year old 830 sq ft. home. Routinely, service people failed to empty and/or reset traps. Rats continued to enter the house and unfinished basement throughout the service contract. Service people repeatedly communicated directly with our tenant vs. talking with us.
