My yard is sprayed regularly so I have no weeds growing. John G. did a great job and was on time.

So I had a road rage incident with one of their drivers on 4/22 near south target. If one of their drivers gets that angry over having to switch lanes, I’m not going to trust them to come to my home and perform any services. How a worker acts outside of a job reflects their true character. I hope they talk to all their drivers, as it’s not a good look for their business.

We are taking back our 5-star review. We had Lawn Doctor for about 6+ years, but suddenly we were told there was a billing issue. Apparently our account was short $35. After going back & forth with billing and not receiving an actual answer for the delinquency, we decided to pay and close our account. We are leaving 1-star since the employees were always professional, but otherwise, we've moved on to another lawncare company.

I purchased a 2 Off-Lawn Weed Sprays for the Spring and Summer season. The gentlemen who came to spray did not spray properly and weeds were still growing in my front yard. I reached out to them and even spoke with the manager directly about having someone come out and re-spray the patches on my front yard that was obviously not done correctly, he would not honor a free re-spray. I've been using their service for 4 years for my primary residence and my rental home, so its not like I was a new customer. They've showed me their true colors, and I will not continue with any of their services and will warn friends and family to stay away and find other options.

It's a scam paid 128.00 for there service supposed to be 100% guaranteed service 5 weeks I have grass growing where they applied their chemicals called them about the bad service not only do they not honor guarantee they tried to sell me into a repetitive program that I do not need that was the only way they would return to fix there bad service from there first visit. Pay them twice for a service that should have been done right the first time. So they don't honor guarantee provide lousy service spray service didn't last 5 weeks. I will not be doing business with such an unethical company. It's a scam.

Canceled after not being disclosed high price to spray weeds. Spent too much money and 4 weeks later have weeds in new rock beds. Wouldn't warranty service either.

The service works OK, but we grew tired of never knowing what was happening or when, and getting charged all the time. I would get a text telling me they were coming next day. Every time I asked to at least let me know morning or afternoon so my dogs don't have to be inside all day. People started showing up every week and my card gets charged each time, so I started asking questions about my plan. Apparently a different tech does each part of the service so what could happen in 1 visit takes several. I could not get anyone to reply or call me, even after sending a technician away and asking him to have a manager call. I called to cancel service entirely after not hearing from them for a few weeks, and they said they had already canceled me. I guess that was easier than calling and explaining what all the charges on my card were for and trying to keep me as a happy customer.

I contacted local office to let them know last application 3 large spots in front yard burn the grass. Jennifer person who answer stated no others neighbors called to report burn spots and must be something else. I explain to Jennifer you performed a service and then the yard has 3 large circle of burn grass not sure what else it could be. Jennifer then went on to state they spray in straight line so couldn't be the sprayer. Not a good company to do business with because Jennifer was trained to not accept responsibility! I been with Lawn Doctor for 10 years maybe longer and this will be my last season. I understand Lawn Doctor doesn't have to be responsible but I don't have to use their service.

This is my yard a few weeks after getting sprayed for weeds. They also spayed for pest and it did virtual nothing. This is just be another true green company avoid

This company is absolutely horrible. We contacted them to help improve our yard and they did the opposite and may have destroyed our trees. They sprayed a ton of chemicals to treat the yard and help improve it and now my yard is dead. I will never use another lawn service again. When they sent a supervisor out he came all the way out here to say it was our fault, and the person on the phone did the same thing. Why would I pay you to maintain my yard if you are putting all the onance on me. Avoid them like COVID! Terrible!!!!

I had been a loyal customer for 10 years. This year, my lawn has never looked worse. They told me to water more, then told me too much water created a grub problem, which, of course, they want lots of money to fix. Then... after a payment glitch, they sent me to collections. No phone call, no email, nothing. I had never missed a payment in 10 years for 2 properties, and when I called, Justin told me I wasn't special and that any company would treat me this way. Well, I'm going to give the competition a chance. If you want to be treated like a customer that isn't valuable, definitely go with lawn doctor.
