It was a great experience working with Suan, Ian and insight pest control. Suan and Ian explained thier pest control treatments with professionalism and courtesy. I paid this company for over a year to not eliminate rats from our 100+ year old 830 sq ft. home. Routinely, service people failed to empty and/or reset traps. Rats continued to enter the house and unfinished basement throughout the service contract. Service people repeatedly communicated directly with our tenant vs. talking with us. The final straw was when they refused to enter the basement due to claims that there might be a board of asbestos in the crawl space. I would not recommend or hire this company again.

I never expected to have such a positive experience with a pest control company! The technician who came out, Eric Coley, was quick to arrive, professional, helpful, positive, friendly and informative. He took time to answer all my questions, and took the time to educate me about safe storage of food and other rodent-attracting substances, how to tell how recently the pests had been in the garage based on the freshness of their droppings, things we can do to keep them out from under the crawlspace and garage based on their uncanny ability to squeeze through impossibly small spaces. Eric did a great job, we don't have any more problems with mice, and he told me that the company he works for, Insight Pest Solutions, is family owned and very honest, unlike other companies he had familiarity with from the past. Many home service companies are not honest and would love to take as much money as possible from unsuspecting homeowners. Insight actually has integrity, and they want to do a good job and get good referrals instead of just squeezing as much money out of each customer as they possibly can get away with. This is a refreshing change, having dealt with a lot of companies over the years as a homeowner. I couldn't recommend Insight Pest Solutions more highly. Eric was the absolute best!

Terrible at communicating & making appointments with customers. Whenever I tried to call the phone number to connect with a person, I NEVER was able to get a hold of someone. This company makes an appointment for you via email without consulting their customers first to see if that day/time works for them. The most I had this company try to actually call me was after I already told them I wanted to cancel my account- by then they already switched over to Orkin & not sure how much better that is… They are not user friendly.

I have not had pest control for more than a yr. Thinking they were coming to my place 2x a yr. They didn't call me when my bank accnt card had changed to remind me. So i have not had them spray my place in more than a yr. I have tried to contact them to set up it back up agaun with no response. So am not happy currently

Poor communication. Terrible service. We were charged as scheduled but unless you requested to have your whole property treated they would only spray the front. Never notified ahead of time of the date the tech was coming out. Even though we paid for the entire property to be serviced regularly. Any time we called the main number for the Loveland office, it would ring and ring and they were constantly short staffed.

I requested to be present during our quarterly pest control appointment so we could get the interior and some exterior trouble spots treated and scheduled to be there when they said they were available Friday June 24th between 2 and 4 pm. They did not call ring the door bell or knock. But I received and received and email prior to my appointment time saying I was charged for the service that was completed. So I checked my cameras and someone from Orkin (?? I did not authorize Orkin on my property) showed up at 1:23 sprayed around the front and left at 1:26 pm. So I called and had to leave a message at 1:50 ish. I then emailed as well. I called and left another message at 3 pm and at 4pm. I emailed again at 4 pm requesting a refund and to cancel my service. I have not heard back. This company used to be local and responsive and now that appears to not be the case. Awaiting a refund and call back. If you want personal service and not to be stood up I would recommend looking elsewhere. If they make it right I will amend my review. So far no response.

Was told when I started with Insight, that they would come out any time for a refresher service. The tech told me I should do this after a hard rain. Hardly rains in Colorado Springs, it rained hard, I requested a refresher, they all but said no, asking/telling me to wait for my next quarterly treatment. I could deal with that. My third and fourth treatments were completed by Orkin, a sister company. I chose insight because they use an eco friendly pesticide, as I have kids and pets. It seems nearly impossible to get in touch with someone at their office. When I was finally able to get in touch with someone, the woman I spoke to, to have my service cut off, was very rude, and dismissive of my concerns of Orkins pesticide.

Awful value and customer service. Cancelled back in July and they just charged me $99 after performing another subpar service?! Initially we cancelled mainly because they would just show up, spray the front door and leave while the house biggest area is the back yard/doors and windows. We always have someone at home and repeatedly asked to let us know when on site so that we can let them in the back but guess what happened again today? They showed up without ringing or knocking and just sprayed the front door. Still trying to get confirmation of cancellation and refund. Never had something like this happen with any business. Do not recommend at all.

Did a year contract with them and saw no difference. They continued to show up after our contract was up and would charge us for a service we did not want any more. Out hundred dollars now and still have ants, wasps and spiders all over.

I’ve been using Insight for over 2 years now and have never had any issues with their service. I’ve encountered a new problem that many seem to be experiencing and that is the fact I can’t get in contact with anyone at their office. I’ve been calling for the last 2 weeks and leaving messages but am not getting any response from them. I don’t want to leave Insight, but what’s the use paying for a service and not getting the help you need?

This place is terrible! Signed a contract for them to come once every quarter. Came twice and they haven’t been back since. Last time was April. Tried to call and leave messages multiple times. No call back. Got through once to someone finally said he left a message with the owner and emailed him. Haven’t heard back since. Don’t sign a contract or have them do anything for your home. Many other better businesses with actual customer service than these fools.

Very responsive. Have been with them for several years. We had an issue a few years ago.The owner called personally to let us know we are valued and to clear up any miscommunication. Yellow jackets started taking over our yard this year. We have small children. They juggled schedules to help us very quickly. They identified and resolved the issue. It's great receiving professional customer service of this caliber with no hassle.

The technician was out for my neighbor. The side of their house is in my courtyard. I approached him after finding he sprayed the rocks in my courtyard to question what was sprayed. He informed me he did spray, to which I asked why when my kids and dog both had toys in that area. He told me he didn't spray the toys, however the dog toy was visibly wet and directly where he sprayed. When I told him the spray still would have spread and gotten on the kid's toy he told me it was safe for kids and dogs. How about a common courtesy of knocking on my door to notify me so I can move things away from the spray area. Just because it's "nontoxic" doesn't mean I want my children and pets to come in contact with these chemicals. Very unprofessional response and operation. Tried calling local office, but you have to go through a call center, so what good is that?

I signed up with them last year when they had a sales man come over to my house during COVID. I thought, sure why not, we have spiders and ants, my wife would appreciate it. They came for the initial and did a half-a** job and claimed that it would work. Failed to come for the follow-up I complained and they sent some one out. came for the next treatment but never went inside the house saying they would come back but never did. I cancelled my credit card they were billing and they still send me texts saying they are coming over. Their service is horrible and did nothing for my house except killed a few mice. Would not recommend.

They showed up at my door promising to perform services at a discounted rate. They said they would treat the exterior and interior of my home for a large variety of bugs/arachnids. After 6 months not one treatment has been completed inside. I have spiders and bugs. They promise to come for free if you contact them and rectify any missed issues. Upon complaining of said issues, Nothing. I have tried to cancel them and they keep waving an early termination fee in my face. I have told them on multiple occasions I don’t care about the fee they aren’t fulfilling their obligations, please cancel. They continue to ignore me, and are not allowing me to even cancel. Beware of them.

I haven't had a technician actually service my house for 2 quarters. Spring and now summer. They claim to have been here in April and July. But no one ever showed up. I called to get a refund for the quarterly fee for summer because NO ONE showed up. The company happily canceled my service but refused to give me a refund because their tech said he was here... but he wasn't. I highly suggest finding a more professional service for pest control.

We had a salesman show up at our door and explain all the great deals! We signed up because he said there would be NO CANCELLATION FEE. Sadly we decided to cancel due to poor services and were told there was a cancellation fee. When they come out they come when we are not home and they don’t get the inside of the house where most bug activity is seen. They charge you same day to to a lap of spraying water around your house. This is the worse company ever and I would never recommend them if I could cancel without any fee the way I was told I could then I would!

Lilly,<br><br>I couldn’t see an account with Lilly B under any active or old customers as I’d love to address this misunderstanding. But yes, if you received a discount for the initial service then there’s a cancellation fee as stated in the agreement. (Normal initial pricing...no cancellation penalty) You were only obligated to one year of service (I’m assuming) If you choose to cancel early then you would pay back the discount given, pretty simple. We obviously offer re-treatments at no cost if you’re not home when a service is performed if for some reason you did not see the emails/text notifying you of the upcoming service. Either way we’re sorry if we could not meet your standards in working something out and wish you the best in the new year!

This company does not fully explain their contracts. A door-to-door sales man came to the house. Since I did have current issues I authorized the services. I was under the impression that this would be a one-time charge. However turns out I will need to pay a cancellation fee in order to cancel the services. I have currently experienced some unplanned financial issues and upon trying to resolve this with your company I have found no solution. Tanner the sales representative that came to the door did not inform me of the cancellation fee. Now that I have come upon rough times I will not be able to pay for the services let alone pay for the cancellation fee that is hundreds of dollars. Looking through previous complaints from customers on the BBB website I have noticed that this is a trend. Please properly train and equip your employees with printed handouts to give to customers so they know what they're signing. This would prevent a lot of the issues that you guys are wiggling your way out of. I would not recommend this company.

NOT happy so far... We signed up with someone who came to our door a few weeks ago offering a deal because they were doing houses in the neighborhood. The sales pitch said they would do some things that we came to find out they don’t do ( attics, crawl spaces, inside walls, sealing up cracks). When the initial service was done we were not happy and wanted to cancel the service all together. I felt like I could have done what they did. They’re supposed to “de-web” the exterior and after he left there was still very visible webs all over. The guy was very nice but he was asking ME what to do... I’m paying for professional service, I don’t want to be making that call! So I called them after and expressed my concerns and the woman on the phone was very nice and helpful. She agreed that it wasn’t right and scheduled another technician to come out (free). He had to re do what the first guy missed. He was very understanding about my concerns that I wasn’t getting the services I had paid for. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy when he left. Hopefully the next technician to come is as good as he was so they don’t have to come back and redo they’re work again. I don’t want to have to keep having these people come out. It’s not exactly convenient. I was also told the salesman and the first technician that came out were fired... that wasn’t what I wanted to hear. I just want the service I paid for to be done right. I didn’t want anyone fired! Update: The technician told us we would have increased activity for two weeks because of distributing things. We had zero activity for four weeks and now we have more bugs than ever! Tiny little things that we were told were baby ants have infested us! And they’re not growing and they’re jumping Ike fleas... definitely not ants. We have dozens of pincher bugs and scary looking spiders. Waaaay more than before. I’m doubting this is worth it at all. It’s very upsetting. I definitely don’t feel comforted having this service. I more freaked out about bugs/spiders than before. Update #2: We had Cooper come out this time and he was wonderful! Hopefully the pest issues are taken care of now.
