We have struggled with wasps and yellow jackets for many years and haven’t found a solution from other companies - extended contracts and little help. It has been hard to enjoy our outdoor living spaces. Ed the owner came out today to assess our problem, and provided me a detailed plan to combat them. He was thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. He insisted not to charge me, and was the sweetest, most knowledgeable person! I could not recommend this small family run business enough - do not hesitate to use them, you won’t regret it (and I have been through a few)! Thanks Ed, wish the world was a little more like you.

Great experience working with Ed. He didn't try to up-sell me on work, and was happy to come back on short notice when I found more live termites after opening a wall. Highly recommend Ed and Paladin Pest Control!

Horrible service incompetent and apparently everyone there is named ed thay make me tear apart half my apartment just so they can do a one minute inspection and I even had to remind the person last time to check the bathroom sink because they were ready to walk out without doing a thorough inspection they didn't replace traps all they did was look in the cabinets that I had to spend an entire afternoon clearing out and then another afternoon putting back together. I have never reported or had a pest issue but they make me tear apart half of my living area so they can show up to justify getting paid and I have to remind them to do their full job

I have been using Paladin Pest Control for over a year, and they have done a great job. It is usually Ed that does the treatment. He his very knowledgeable, and he has a great personality. I would recommend Paladin Pest Control to anyone needing a pest control company.

He just put mouse traps down that you can get from Amazon and charged $175...then have the audacity to charge another $75 just to come and do a follow up! Complete rip offf!!!

We tried a number of pest control businesses over the years. These guys are the only ones that managed to keep our house COMPLTELY pest free for the last few years. I still keep a few sticky traps around and I have to change them out occasionally because they dry out before there's anything to get stuck! Ed is a great guy who will only do things the right way.

I had my initial service in July. Since then I've left 4 voicemails to schedule the follow up visits. Today I was told I have to pay again for the inital service fee of $175 instead of receiving the followup service fee of $50. It's not my fault no one tried contacting me to schedule my follow-up visits after July. My phone records the 4 calls I've made with no reply from Paladin. I'm very disappointed in this customer service experience.

Was so impressed called scheduled the appointment Jeff came over looked everything over set 2 traps within 24 hours it was done. All within the 24 hours. Turned right around and recommended him to a coworker.

Excellent affordable service and very professional. Ed showed up right away and took care of the small ants that invaded my house. I haven't had a problem since. Thanks!

Well I thought this was the one to wrong I was promised a amount that I could only afford and no instead I get a call after waiting a very long time saying they had a family emergency and would not be able to help me anymore. Wow really omg I was crying and left out with no one to help me. Also iam disabled.becareful I would not recommend this company . sorry

I was very satisfied with the service that Ed at Paladin Pest Control provided. He was prompt with scheduling, he explained the service in great detail (before and after), and performed a seemingly thorough job at my home. Although I cannot yet attest to the quality of the work done as the spray takes 2 weeks to fully activate, I would definitely recommend Paladin at this point based off of my experience with the company thus far.
