Terminix was called out on four separate occasions (two repeats under guarantee) to eradicate bed bugs. The total bill was nearly $3000. We said yes for everything they recommended. They failed to come out a fourth time, even though there was clearly a problem. The attached pictures show the sheer number of bed bugs i found when I decided to take care of the problem myself. Terminix' approach of only coming out to treat one time by default simply is not sufficient. They should come out and
