Mr Anthony came over yesterday to perform services, he was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and had great energy. He did absolutely everything I asked of him, and insured that the wasps Intruding on my space were taken care of. Deft Has an outstanding warranty, and will return outside of treatment times, if their customers notice any issues. Great pricing for what they offer, I highly recommend this company, if Anthony is a representation of how oher employees of this company Perform, which I believe he is, Then this company is outstanding all around. I highly recommend giving them a shot if you’re considering doing so You will have no regrets.

JR was the best! He took his time, and spent over an hour and a half going through every single room, every single inch of the outside, setting traps, creating barriers, really went above and beyond, sprayed my basement 2x and will be back in a week to check his traps and monitor the situation. He explained everything as he went along, and did more in the time he was here than any other service we've had through this 4 year process put together so far. We paid a fair price and got TOP NOTCH SERVICE THANKS AGAIN JR 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Used to have great service with them. When time came to cancel though, they said I didn’t contact them 5 days in advance and the route was already made. Charged me 135 dollarbucks and didn’t even bother to show, so I guess changing the route wasn’t that difficult to do. Stay far far away from these folks.

Beware!!! This business traps you into their service! If you try to cancel with them they’ll charge you a $300 cancelation fee which they claim is a discount in the beginning. That’s how they get you. I failed to read that part but I was busy in my garage while their salesman walked up on me working. The gentleman who came up to the house and sold us on this decided to leave this part out about a cancelation fee. We had our second service with them and weren’t very pleased. So after being charged $139 for the second service we realized getting bug spray and doing it our selves would lead to a better job being done at a fraction of the price. Just be careful with them.

Please do not stop at my home, after hours on a weekday and invite yourself into my backyard. It's incredibly rude. Her questions about is being home during the day is suspicious too btw. DO NOT COME TO MY HOME UNINVITED. And DO NOT WELCOME YOURSELF IMTO MY DAMN YARD!

Had contracts for multiple Airbnb properties for over a year. Last summer pest control was good, this year there are bugs everywhere. Cancelled and went with Mug-A-Bug, a company who actually cares about their clients.

The technician supposedly came to the house while I was here. He also supposedly came inside and sprayed for bugs 🙄 either he's a liar or their chemicals are so watered down they don't work! Would not recommend them at all nearly on the fact they insinuated I was a liar when I told them that he hadn't been in, well the proof is in the bugs. Yall don't waste your money.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! If you need bugs/ants/mice.. gone, don't hire this company. I asked to get out of contract because we aren't happy with the quality of their service and they wanted to charge us a whole bunch more. I think they used water at our last visit because nothing died.

This was the most unprofessional business I have dealt with in a long time, possibly ever. I was emailed that my next service was approaching. I was swamped with work and did not have time to schedule. They scheduled any way and came while I was at work. They only sprayed outside and they didn't even spray the entire outside circumference of my property. The insode os the main part that needs the spray! Its where itll last longer, not outside where it rains and all. I even found a huge spider in my bathroom cabinet within a week after the "service." I emailed to cancel my service as I was extremely frustrated with the fact that they came to my home and just did their own thing and didn't even do the whole service. Paying over $100 for someone to spray some poison around is rather expensive, so I expect it to be done in full. They refused to reimburse me and not only that, they charged me $170. They claimed that was because I joined under a deal and I didn't fulfill the full length of membership!! The audacity. I didn't fulfill my end? Thats rich. I can't believe they didn't at least just cancel it without the extra charge. I should have been reimbursed at least half the fee for the time they came and didn't spray the inside, which is the main point! But charging both fees!! That's crazy and greedy, absolutely disgusting. It's so sad when you can't trust a business to hold up their end of the contract. So not only is the service not worth it, but the back and forth through email was so unprofessional and distasteful on their end. I do NOT recommend.

Have had the service for over two years(Dec 2019) and even recommended them to a friend(who received horrible service for her new home) that should have been the sign to cancel But we continued on and we still have problems ourselves..well today we go to cancel and the lady on the phone just seemed rude. We called day of service because we only got a reminder that night before(should have been a phone call reminder that we had service, we had it set up that way anyways..) so I got up early to call Well we're being forced to pay atleast half the service that I can't afford to pay (another reason to cancel) and told we will still be set up for service until we pay this "final bill". We've had plenty techs show up early because of cancelation,, with no warning either, so I don't understand the issue with us canceling short noticed.

UPDATE 11/21/22: If I could give a 0 I would. I don't understand what happened to servicing the customer instead of bullying and arguing with the customer. I received an email on 11/10 that my service was scheduled for 11/16. I called on the 14th and told them I was not available and would call back to re-schedule. They then told me that their system automatically will reschedule me which they have told me every time I have to reschedule as we have a GSD and a life and are not on their time. I did cut her short as I have heard the speech before and was really trying to save both of us time. I left it at that and never heard back until today that they were scheduled to come out tomorrow, the 22nd. I called to cancel and she them proceeded to argue with me non-stop that I would be charged for the trip as I did not give 24 hours notice and on and on and on, etc. I had to hang up as the rep would not listen to me that I never received notice that I had been scheduled for the 22nd. The rep called and continued to bully me to the point I had a panic attack and had to hang up. I called my husband and asked him to handle this as we were going to be charged for a service that I never knew was scheduled. He happened to be in the company's vicinity and was just going to stop by and get it cancelled not only for the 22nd but forever. When I told the manger my husband was on his way, they locked all the doors and stopped answering the phone. What a joke!!! All my husband wanted to do was make sure we would not be billed for the non-service and cancel any future contact. Only use this company if you enjoy abuse. Our service was performed professionally and thoroughly. The service technician took pictures of what he found and took care of. When the service was complete, he explained everything he did. They have a 90 day warranty should anything "come back". We have a huge ant problem outside so it is very nice to know that they will come back if we do not see an improvement at no additional charge.

Decided to give Deft Pest a try, and I was not impressed with their service compared to what I have had in the past. Unfortunately I signed a year long commitment with them. So if you are looking for treatment, and do not want a contract, be sure to NOT sign for one. There are other companies out there that do not require this, offer warranties, and are much more affordable. The initial service was 35.00 and then it is 129.00 one month later. For two treatments and spending over 320.00 on two different properties, definitely not worth it. Tried to cancel, and was told that was not an option, but that they could send someone out. I would not and will not be recommending Deft. *Edited to update. I was able to cancel, but not before paying an additional $215.00 for the "discount" I received for the initial service. For one initial service , and one poor follow up I paid $271.50 for one home. A Total of $543.00 for two homes. That is silly expensive, and would not recommend and will be sure to let anyone looking for Pest Solutions to not use them.
