I recently found a wasp nest in my backyard. I contacted Berrett Pest Control and scheduled service. Matthew was perfectly on time, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. I really appreciate his thoroughness and the peace of mind he gave me. He even took care of a variety of other bugs inside and outside my home that I did not realize was included. Terrible experience with these guys. I scheduled and appointment and was told an inspector would be there around 12, took the afternoon off. The inspector showed up 30 minutes early and told me he couldn’t wait for me to get home. I spoke with the inspector over the phone and he told me I hadn’t spoken to him and that appointments are anytime during the day. I told him that was fine that I could be there within 30 minutes. He declined and said he’s going back to Denver. I told him that’s fine. I

Terrible experience with these guys. They never finished the job they were contracted to do and stopped responding to emails, calls, and texts. As they continued to ignore our many attempt to communicate, they sent us to collections. We refuse to pay for a job that was not even never being complete and now this battle with collections is effecting our credit scores. Have even tried reaching out again to negotiate something since they sent us to collections and they still won't respond. Just a ho
