My wife and I moved into a new home with A LOT of spiders and other critters. SHOO showed up and not only treated our home but educated us about the product they used as my wife was pregnant and we had concerns about that but also the critters that were present. I will be using these guys again and highly recommend SHOO!

Shoo! Pest Control did exactly what they said they would do and for a fair price. Customer service and communication were A+++ and they were understanding when I had a last minute delay.

We called late in the afternoon to have them come get a marmot we brought to our friends house. He hitchhiked in our spare tire under our pickup bed. Luckily someone was in the area and they were able to come get him the same afternoon which was a relief since we were supposed to travel home to Arkansas the next day! They were quick and professional and explained that they do their best to relocate them were we picked it up.

We originally contacted ShOO! to deal with woodpeckers making a hotel out of our wood siding. Andrew came out and set us up for success (no new woodpecker holes). Because we enjoyed working with Andrew so much, we transferred all our wildlife/pest services over to ShOO. Andrew is so good natured and truly cares about fixing our problems. He has a biology degree from UCCS(!) and his expertise is such a value. We have been very satisfied with ShOO! Wildlife & Pest Control.

Jeff was awesome! Last night our chickens were attacked by a raccoon who decided he'd like to keep hanging out in the coop until morning. I contacted ShOO! and they were able to come out quickly, apprehend the criminal, and safely take him to be relocated. Jeff gave me lots of cool and helpful information about raccoons, what to look out for, and precautions to take. If the rest of the raccoon family is seeming like it wants to come back, I won't hesitate to give them another call!

ShOO! provided the best service I've ever received from any business like, ever. Raccoons found their way into the walls and attic of our duplex, which felt like an extremely stressful and overwhelming situation to fix. By the time our consultation meeting with Andrew & Jeff was over, I felt so incredibly relieved and knew that we were in good hands. We felt very taken care of throughout our time working with ShOO! and cannot recommend them enough to anyone dealing with unwanted critters.

They just came out to give me an "honest estimate". Jeff was outstanding. He was honest, sincere and extremely helpful. Really rare to find this in this day and age. He knows his wildlife and more. They use organic material as well. My woodpecker dilemma turned out to be superficial. They do give free estimates. I highly highly recommend this company !!!!!!! Jeff, Andrew, and Kate were a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. Within a few days, they helped us relocate some troublesome ground squirrels (nothing else we tried worked). Highly recommended!

I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that isn't an option. I called at 9am today September 9th. The "master" answered and asked for the usual information name and number in case of loss of connection. I proceeded to describe my situation. Blue and white pitbull, obviously a pet because it has a collar but no tags, has managed to jump my fence and is in my backyard. Was told there are no trucks available they will contact me when one is. It is now 12pm one dog has been bitten by said pitbull. Another has been defiled. Would have called Humane Society earlier but they were closed. Thank you for your non-assistance. I'll be sure to let everyone I know not to call you for services.

Awful!!! Had our home sprayed for hornets a week ago and Jeff promised we had 90 day guarantee the contract even states it covered the whole premises. The hornets are back full blown and we contacted him to let him know he needed to come back. He was nothing but defensive and rude stating the whole premises wasn't covered when the contract and him said it was to begin with.He then said he can squeeZe us in tomorrow and can't give us a time because he is booked. And when I asked for an estimate of time because we will be at work he got even ruder. He was really nice when he was collecting our money and business initially, but when it comes through to taking care of what he guarantees he's rude and takes back what he says he will do! Also, he rushed out to begin with and now it's inconvenient to get out here.
