We ended up with bed bugs back around Feb 2020. What a nightmare. Kyle spent a good deal of time discussing the situation explaining what we needed to do to prepare ( huge PITA but necessary to eradicate those pesky bugs) the day came and it was so nice Kyle gave me a hug and told me everything was going to be alright. We went to the motel whilst he and his associate did the spraying. He returned a few weeks later to respray. Problem eliminated. Great service Kyle got the job done right. Father and Son came out on a WEEKEND to kill a camel spider inside of my light in my laundry room. I had him spray the house as well. They sprayed August of 2022 i think, and I just found my first bug in June of 2023!!!!!!! They are really friendly and down to earth!!! I couldn't believe the price. You definitely need to use these guys.

We thought the reviews were too good to be true, but sure enough we had an awesome experience with JBB! Back in April I had some bites on my arms that we thought looked exactly like bed bug bites. We called JBB and the owner’s son came out within hours, and did a FREE inspection! He was very thorough (checked all the rooms we wanted) and very knowledgeable (answered all of our many questions). He did not see any signs of bed bugs and explained what signs he was looking for. Sure enough, after a visit to a dermatologist, found out that the bumps were not bed bug bites. We are very impressed that they gave a free inspection, and thankful that JBB didn’t push a home treatment because they genuinely believed we didn’t need it. Hard to find a honest company these days! We will be calling them in the future if ever needed. Thanks again!

After one visit, the issue was resolved. This family-owned business was thorough with details of the chemicals used and the process going forward. Their in-house financing is fantastic, cutting the normal cost by half with fantastic payment options. Call JBB first when the bed bugs start to bite!

Kyle helped us with bed bugs and his process worked better than I could have expected. He was very thorough, explained the process, gave us options, and told us the implications of our decisions. When he was done, the bugs were gone. We now call on JBB for pest deterrent, where they proof the property against seasonal bugs and spiders. Again, very thorough in this and has great customer service in every communication. He insures everything he does, and you can tell he takes care to fully understand every part of his work.

I received a quick response when I submitted an inquiry through their website and a next day appointment and first treatment. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and honest, and the cost was far cheaper than I was expecting for a professional treatment.
