Being in a new build, we found several areas that the builder unfortunately did not properly seal and allowed mice to get in. Independent pest control has been absolutely beyond fantastic! They come out quickly, do thorough inspections and make sure they seal any possible entries and have helped us immensely! I couldn't be happier.

I have used independent pest control at several houses for mouse and squirrel mitigation. The team is always responsible and always resolves any problems.

Was on the road, pulling away from a stop sign, and a vehicle bearing this enterprise's signage followed me through, in wet conditions, and tailgated me VERY aggressively... 1 car length behind (even less... could not see their headlights in my mirror)... persisting in this until I had reached and even exceeded the posted speed limit. I engaged my turn signal, lifted off the throttle, and got onto the shoulder to let them past. IMO, tailgating in wet conditions like this transcends the usual sort of poor judgement that is so prevalent these days. IMO, this constitutes senseless blithering idiocy. I resent being endangered like this, and I cannot think of a single reason to do business with an enterprise that operates, in any way for any reason, on the basis of senseless blithering idiocy. Caveat Emptor.

I've been using IPC for almost a decade and have never been disappointed. Everything is phenomenal. They are always respectful of my home and family. They are prompt when called upon to handle anything that may come up between treatments, they are extremely knowledgeable, and true professionals.

Professional and efficient

Chris and his team provided termite services on my parents' property a couple of years ago with a three-year warranty. At the time his team did a wonderful job. When we thought we may have had a reoccurence of termites, without hesitation, he sent his team out to inspect the property again.
