Michael was the estimator that came to our house to investigate a bat issue in our attic. On time and professional, never pushy. Cody was the technician that came to the house today. Also, on time and very professional. Pricing was good. Payment was required to schedule the appointment, but that seems pretty standard. I would certinaly recommend them.

Unfortunately the service was not how I was told, I had a Racoon and babies in my attic, they said one to two weeks they would be out, at times would not hear from them in weeks, I had to email the main company and finally someone called back. It took over 2 and half months dealing with her coming in and out in my attic, messing up two lights in my home, can't even imagine how bad the attic is. I would not recommend this company, also was first told I would get a discount and later told they could do that, because I didn't pay cash up front, who has 1300 dollars on hand in this economy also, was told they would give me a free service, once they finally sealed the holes, I haven't heard from them.

In all honesty, I didn’t use this company. I did observe them remove a barn swallow nest which is against the law. When I called them, their rep first said it wasn’t against the law. When I told them they know that’s not true (barn swallows are a federally protected species), they then said they weren’t doing that. I told her I saw it with my own eyes. If people don’t want the birds nests on their homes, they are supposed to wait until the END of the season (September) to remove the nests and put in spikes so they can’t build again the nest the following spring. It’s a federal law. These birds are protected by the migratory bird act. Why can’t people just follow rules or laws? Humans don’t determine when the birds are finished nesting, the birds do. We take up all the animals land, then we are BOTHERED by animals. It’s not that hard to follow the law.

I needed help with the removal of deer from my property. The county will only remove deer from the roadways. I received help from Critter Control the same day that I called. The person that I spoke with was very helpful and efficient. She told me the name of the technician, Eric, who would be calling me. He called right away. He came when he said that he would come and he was able to remove the deer that day. I was grateful for the prompt response and the professional way that it was handled. I did not want a dead deer hanging over my head for several days. Thanks to Eric at Critter Control of Colorado Springs, I did not have a dead deer hanging over my head. Thanks Eric!

I suspected a squirrel(s) might be in attic. Critter Control sent an inspector. The inspection cost $199. He found evidence of squirrel(s) and found four places on my roof where it could possibly get in. He gave me a proposal to get rid the squirrel by blocking the four spots, including a one way trap. His cost was $1450. He was also trying to sell other services not requested by me, e.g. replacing the existing insulation in the attic for $4000. I told him I wasn’t interested in the other services and his proposal for blocking the squirrel for $1450 was way too high. I tried to negotiate but he said he couldn’t. So I paid the $199 for the inspection and asked to send me the proposal. I called another company about blocking the squirrel and he said he could do it for around $200. Seven times less. I would not recommend Critter Control. Their prices are ridiculously high and they are only really interested in selling you something, at a price.

They came out to provide a free quote. Unfortunately, the woman inspector didn't believe my wife that there was not another attic access than what we showed to the inspector. The woman inspector basically disrespected my wife and said there must be another attic access and she needed to talk to a man, or have a man present to show her the attic access, and to discuss the matter. There is not another attic access. The inspector didn't explain anything further at the time of visit and never called back, never finished providing the quote. We won't be calling this company again.

Was not very interested in the deer, though it was only a few feet from my house. The fee was $549 with their disposal of that only $130-150 approximately. He was not very personable and seemed more concerned about the mice droppings in my crawlspace.

Giving 4 stars only because we did not get a call for a time frame when they would come out. It was early in the morning and we had to rush out of bed. We were only told the day that they would come out. Not the time. Other than that they were very professional and quick. We had to have our crawl space cleaned out of our newly purchased home and then sanitized. The price was a little steep, but we were desperate to get the old owner's cat poop and smell out and this was the only place in the area that would do it.

I am giving 2 stars only because the company did send someone out fairly quickly to discuss the issue of snakes in my house. I suspect that if you are calling them to capture a critter you will be fine. That said, I called the company to figure out how to prevent snakes from getting in my house after finding a small one in one of our lower rooms. The only thing the technician could do was lay down a repellent around the perimeter of my house. Unfortunately, I feel like this was $160 wasted as I still constantly see snakes around my house, so far I have not seen another one inside my house however I have seen at least 5 snakes around the perimeter of my house where the "repellent" was used and I suspect it is only a matter of time before another one finds its way in. I suspect the product used is the same stuff you can buy at local home improvement stores for less than $20 and it does a poor job of deterring the snakes from entering the area.

We hired Critter Control for a mouse problem. They came promptly and did a thorough survey of our property, identifying best practices and likely problem spots, and gave us a menu of choices to address the problems. We liked and trusted our advisor very much and went ahead with remediation. The company did an excellent job in patching the numerous areas where there might have been a rodent entry possibility, and along the way gave us considerable friendly advice and information about the wildlife in our neighborhood. We found the company to be honest, capable, reliable, and motivated to help the consumer while also keeping the animals' interest as a priority. We are very satisfied and will continue to work with Critter Control in the future.
