Haven't had their service long, but I can already tell they're method works. The technicians have been very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. Definitely recommend their services to anyone in need to pest control. 8/13/26 update: Still using this company and still pest free. Coincidence? Doubtful. Highly recommend their services.

Always so professional!

Poor internal communication and zero account management – would not recommend I signed up for a three-visit plan with High Country Pest Control, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. During every single visit, the technician arrived without the necessary equipment to reach our second level. Each time, they acknowledged the scope of work and assured us they were "making notes in the system" for the next technician. However, when the next visit occurred, the new tech had no record or knowledge of those notes. The exact same communication failure happened when we canceled our service. Despite canceling, it apparently was never entered into their system, and we were contacted to service the home after we had already moved out. High Country Pest Control clearly struggles with basic internal record-keeping and account management. Save yourself the hassle and go with a company that actually tracks customer requests.

We’ve had some activity of insects and spiders throughout the house. It’s not time for our quarterly service yet, but when I called to ask for additional treatment, they were able to come out within a few days to spray the interior at no cost. Thank you!

Exceptional experience from start to finish! As first-timers with pest control, High Country Pest Control made the process seamless. Their pricing is competitive, they are upfront about their plans, and their customer service is top-tier without any high-pressure sales. Jeremy handled our first treatment (interior and exterior) and did a phenomenal job knocking out our wasp problem. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered every question we had. I always appreciate how quickly they get out to my house when needed and do such a thorough job.

We have had High Country for many years and they continue to keep the bugs away. We live near a green area and we get a lot of wasps but our technician, Cory, keeps us bug free. Many other companies come to our door to encourage us to hire them instead but we are happy High Country folks. Thank you!!!

Excellent company! They have done a fantastic job the past year or so we've worked with them. We live along a trail, and we just saw our first spider in the house last week. So, that's impressive! We also have a toddler and he's been safe from the products they use. Highly recommend!
