Sentinel Pest Control is an amazing company, and they are far and above the pushy door-to-door companies. I've had Erich out to inspect my home for different pest issues on two separate occasions, and both times, he has been such a pleasure to work with. He is honest and never tries to push things on us. He is kind and genuinely wants to make sure we are taken care of. Scheduling has been quick and easy both times. I appreciate the appointment email and the courtesy call when they are on the way

We were experiencing a problem with rats in our attic. We called Sentinel and their friendly office staff expediently scheduled us for a free inspection. Josh came out and thoroughly inspected our home and located two points of entry, where rats were getting in. Given the great weather we have had the critters are out and about and looking for there summer homes. Glad it won't be at our house thanks to Mike's great service. Skyler has been amazing. He’s been here a couple times and sprayed removed a hornets nest. We didn’t even know about and is coming back in a week to check on the progress of what he has done done so I’m very pleased with Skyler and his hard work and his communication and I appreciate him. Elliott was personable and took his time explaining everything to my 88 year old father-he was kind. He gained our trust with his knowledge and upfront approach. We had a mouse issue and he closed off the entry points, gave tidbits of home remedies as well as taught us how to trap them. Yay no more mice!!
