Very professional, friendly and informative! He put on booties at the porch. He listened to us and then got to work. Sokchea is our regular guy that comes quarterly. We had ants in the kitchen so we called and he came out right away. Very good job we really like him! The price we pay is quarterly. No extra charge for the ants. Happy with Insight and will refer to friends and family.

Given the great weather we have had the critters are out and about and looking for there summer homes. Glad it won't be at our house thanks to Mike's great service. Keeps a keen eye on our bait stations so the critters stay away. Glad to have him protecting our house. Looking forward to summer and grilling on the patio bug and pest free this year! With all the rain we have lately, critters are looking for a place to dry out...not our house. Mike came by Friday and ensured our house was protected and refreshed all the bait stations. Never have to worry about pests as he keep them outside, where they belong. Another great year of service from Mike and Insight Pest Solutions! Happy New Year to all. Summers here and so is Mike! No pests to worry about this year as he is always thorough and professional with his service. Glad to have him defending our home against the usual summertime pests like spiders, ants, and bees. Thanks for ensuring we enjoy our home and yard this summer. If you are looking for a team to ensure bugs are a thing of the past, then look no further. Time for spring...Mike stopped by and completed our recurring service and did another great job. Glad to keep the critters outside! It's important from time to time to update the team here on the great service provided by Mike. He stopped in today for our quarterly service and as always was very professional and thorough with his work. He pointed out that moles were digging in the yard and took actions to mitigate them. He also pointed out that he would check our crawlspace, bait stations, de-web, and check for squirrel activity which is prevalent this time of year as they seek heat in the attic or crawl spaces. Never a concern as the home owner when Mike is here as he ensures all pests are taken care of. Great service as always and would not pick anyone else to take care of our home! Update…so been with these guys for a year now and Mike Hurst knows his business and ensures we never have any pest issues. Prompt and reliable! Mike Hurst was very thorough and provided detailed explanations of common pest issues and walked us around the house to point out common problems. He explained our house map, removed wasps nest, applied multilayer protection to house perimeter and foundation and ensured crawlspace had no pests or issues and much more. Exceeded our expectations from his interactions to the work accomplished! 5-star service!

Updated review**** response to the owner*** We’re honestly surprised by the audacity of this response, especially considering it comes nearly five months after the original experience occurred. We had already moved on from this situation, and your delayed public reply has now brought back memories of how poorly we were treated at the time. Our concern was never simply the technician arriving late, but the lack of communication prior to the appointment and the dismissive tone during our follow-up call when we requested confirmation that our card had been removed. We scheduled a firm 4:00 PM appointment and rearranged our day to be out of the home with our infant during treatment, only to be notified at 3:58 PM of a 45-minute delay after we were not advised this was a service window. Additionally, the appointment was scheduled by phone, so we are unsure why our name would not appear in your system. We are happy to provide those details privately, but implying otherwise in a public response months later is concerning. We hope future customers receive clearer communication — both at the time of service and in follow-up. ———————————————— We scheduled a pest control appointment for Saturday 8/30 at 4:00 PM and rearranged our entire day to be out of the house with our baby. At 3:58 PM, the technician texted he’d be 45 minutes late. Unacceptable — we were told 4:00 PM sharp, never a “4–6 window.” We value our time, and if we had been made aware it was a window, that would have been understandable. But we were not. On Monday 9/1, instead of an apology, my husband got a condescending call from Shane, who opened with “So what was the issue? I said 4–6.” That was never communicated to us. When my husband asked for a confirmation email that our credit card had been removed, Shane’s response was, “I don’t have the energy for that” — even though he clearly had the energy to argue. The main reason my husband even called this company in the first place was because of their high rating. After our experience, I don’t know how this place has a 5-star rating. They disrespected us twice — first our time, then our concerns. We will never use or recommend this company.

The exterminator was friendly and professional, but dealing with the company was frustrating. We were told by sales the first service would include sealing holes and checking the attic and crawl space, but that didn’t happen. Customer service later said sealing wasn’t included, which felt misleading. We ended up canceling the service and losing $500.

We’ve been with Insight Pest Solutions for several months, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. The first technician sent to our home appeared to be completely inexperienced—possibly his first day on the job. He placed the wrong traps and failed to complete many of the services that were promised during our initial consultation. Since then, we’ve had five different technicians come out due to a persistent mice issue in our garage, and the problem has yet to be resolved. Things escalated when their weatherization team claimed our crawlspace barrier was breached and quoted us nearly $4,000 for repairs. Thankfully, we sought a second opinion from another company who strongly disagreed with Insight’s findings and completed the necessary work for half the cost. The vapor barrier had a small tear which was fixable with a barrier tape. Please see pictures below. To make matters worse, Insight did not properly seal the garage or crawlspace as outlined in their contract, and we continued to have issues with mice. When I requested a refund, I was told by a supervisor that the company had fulfilled its obligations and no refund would be provided. Immediately after that call, the same supervisor attempted to charge my debit card over $400 without authorization—but I was fortunately able to stop the transaction in time. We are now seeking legal counsel regarding this experience. I strongly caution others against using this company. Based on our experience, it felt like a money grab with little to no accountability or professional service.

Arrived early after I had specified in my contract to show after 3:30pm. I don't know if any work was actually done. I was going to have him leave a couple bait containers and spray under my sinks again. But, I was not home to tell him this.

I am beyond upset with this company. (Olympia area)When I first called a week ago I wanted to have someone come out and give me an estimate and see if they were even able to take care of my situation. I was told that I couldn’t have someone come out to look unless I signed a year contract with monthly payments and only getting serviced every 3 months. As much as I was hesitant on giving this I needed this situation taken care of. The gentleman came out and sprayed a spray that i can buy at Walmart for 25 dollars and put some insect traps down that I already had down. I explained to him the problem and I didn’t think spray would work. After spraying and going in my crawl space he said I needed to have an entire clean out which was the first time I have heard of needing this. The gentleman then left without anything else. My notes stated I would get the full service in July. The problem I have is I just paid for a man to come out and spray and that was it. I emailed the next day telling them that I want to cancel my contract because I didn’t feel that it was adequate service. Not to mention when the gentleman was here he mentioned to me to rate him 5 stars 3 times. I feel that this is very unacceptable and poor business.

Insight sent a technician to our house who was unable to perform the task we needed performing: to get up on a ladder and find the access point where a critter has entered our house above the ceiling. Hopefully they send someone else out soon because I can hear the critter chomping on some of my house as I write this.

He was very friendly but unable to do the thing we needed to get done: set squirrel/rat traps in the area of the house where we are hearing squirrel/rats. Not his fault, but the company sent someone to our house who was unable to perform the job we needed performing.

I really didn't appreciate the lack of attention to detail Anthony showed. I prefer he never return to my house. He called me Sir repeatedly when its obvious im a Female. He also held my door open against my will to continue a conversation I no longer wanted to have. I wasn't sure about his comprehension but i felt uncomfortable. It was very strange because he has been here before and we had no concerns. I reached out 2 times to the company requesting to speak to a manager and haven’t heard from one yet. I also spoke to a lady named Marlo who was condescending and slightly disrespectful. In the past i have had nothing but good things to say about Insight pest control and have referred many friends and acquaintances so I hope things return to there normal way of business.

The representative that showed up to my house was very pushy, persistent and wanted an answer right away. Without giving me time to think about accepting their services. I went to shake his hand as he left and he denied it saying"whatever" as we walked away. Very, very poor customer service.

Our dogs got out David left the gate open. We have a 200 pound dog that got out and ruined today. I am absolutely upset. The service was great and appreciate he didn't ring the bell, but I shouldn't have to check if our gate is closed. We may be losing a dog and cancelling our service
