Called to set up appointment for pest control. When calling the man who answered was far from friendly. Ask me why I was calling him if pointe pest control did well for me in the past. He said something about vendor loyalty. He even went as far as telling me that pointe pest control was 5 cents cheaper than him?? . He did everything he could to avoid taking my business. In the end he took my number and name to call me back and never did. Not that I would have given him my business if he did call

They are an excellent service normally. But recently had them come trim and general cleanup for winter. Gustavo and Chris came out. I gave them general expectations for the work I needed done. I only expected them to trim the bushes and take away the trimmings. They not only did the expected good job, but took the time to smooth out beauty bark and trimmed back some problems plants I didn't expect them to take care of.
