I was very disappointed in today’s service. Normally the person that comes out, spends at least 20 to 30 minutes on way home, cleaning out underneath the gutter area so that he can spray. And then go around and fill all my traps for the rodents this time, he barely spent five minutes and did not do all the jobs that have been done in the past secondly, my other house that he went and dead, it was the same process barely spending five minutes to do our big 30 acre farm and spraying the home and f

Once again Keith provided outstanding customer service. He didn't unscheduled spider treatment service and also gave us a couple more bait stations for the garage so that they were in a place that was more accessible than the back of the closet which are overstuffed and could never get to them. He gave us advice about ants and also what to do about moles in the backyard. He is the best!!!

Only company I have inquired with that charges for their first in person inspection. That's why I gave it a three-star because they are well rated but not a single other company I have inquired with has said that they charge just to take a look at my house for the first time. I'm not going to pay hundreds of dollars to see if I feel confident in hiring this company
