The technician, Chris, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and respectful. The company itself said they would charge me the $414.15 on the day of service, then they charged the day of I got off the phone—a week early before I had even seen a technician. I called to make sure this was a real business and not a scam. I was assured it’s a real business. And was happy when the technician came out. He did a great job. Then I was charged again, without receiving a receipt or notification, another $414.

I had ants, lots of them on my kitchen counter! Those tiny black ones. I called AAA Pest Control and an agent came in 2 days to spray the perimeter of the house as well as inject an ant killer in multiple locations inside the house. He did indicate it may take more than one application, as ants seemed to be prolific this year (2025). First visit was 10-09-25, second was 11-07-25. Today is 11-10-25 and I have only seen 1 ant in the past 3 days. Agent was knowledgeable about ant colonies and activ

Sprayed for spiders and rebated the rat traps , very professional and nice kid. 2025 Marco came today sprayed for spiders and baited rat traps, (we've got chickens) so that needed attention for sure., think the bait traps got missed last time, he sprayed at no extra charge. I called Aggressive Pest Control and they were able to come the same day. I appreciate them and wanted to say thabk you for excellent customer service and professionalism. The technician was very helpful and found the nest in the carport area. One week later the bees were building another nest, and when I called them, they came and treated the nest at no additional charge. Thank you very much for your excellent work, Lolita.

I had 2 wasp or hornet nests in the door well of my pickup truck. Joshua came out and quickly took care of them and then walked around my house to check for any other issues. He found one and took care of it with no extra charge. He was the best! If I ever again have a need for pest control, I'll definitely call APC.
