I’ve been with Western Exterminator for about three years, and my experience has been very disappointing. Every year, they raise their prices without any notice. Despite multiple treatments, I still have ongoing ant issues that have never been fully resolved. They also schedule visits automatically and only notify you a day before they come, which makes it hard to plan ahead. Terrible company! If you don't believe me, check out their BBB Score and reviews. What kind of company doesn't include taxes upfront and adds an invoice for them after being paid?!? When they came out to give a bid, I asked if this was the total price. They said yes and made me sign a contract agreeing to pay that price. Skyler has been amazing. He’s been here a couple times and sprayed removed a hornets nest. We didn’t even know about and is coming back in a week to check on the progress of what he has done done so I’m very pleased with Skyler and his hard work and his communication and I appreciate him.
