Since I've seen no sign of pest activity recently, I gave him the option of not having to crawl around under the house this time, but he said he wanted to do it so he could see things for himself since it was his first time to my house. My experience with PCI PEST Control since I moved in about 9 months ago has been very positive. They arrive when scheduled, their work is done efficiently, and the staff is professional and pleasant. I appreciate the way they answer my questions and describe what they have done. Their work reports are also appreciated.

Needed a wasp nest to be removed so we called PCI. The pest control associate didn’t even knock her door doorbell to let us know he was here and when he left, he also did not communicate anything. We assume the wasp nest is gone, but again it would’ve been nice for him to check in before he left. No follow up from PCI either.

We’ve been using PCI for almost 3 years now. They are always professional, listen well, and communicate how services will be conducted in ways that’ll keep our family and dogs safe from chemicals. Highly recommend!

Technician knocked on my door. Might be company policy, but when someone knocks on my door, I think there's something wrong and I feel like I have to answer it no matter what I'm doing. I should probably get them to put something in my file, because I'm sure there are customers who would prefer a knock rather than to discover somebody on their property unexpectedly. Totally skipped the garage, which doesn't give me confidence that the rest of the work was done thoroughly. Unfortunately I could not be here to observe the technician at his work, because he arrived just as I was leaving and running late. I wish they could have him here during a more precise window.

Didn't end up using them because of the manner in which they communicated. Be prepared to get calls even when you expressly asked them not to call you. I'd recommend another company. Edit: the response doesn't reflect what occured, nor the rude response from reception when I reached out. No other (actually) local company had this problem, and I'm extremely happy with the alternatives. USE SOMEONE ELSE IF POSSIBLE.

I used PCI for about 16 months. Initially I contacted them for trapping program for rodents as we live on rural acreage and wanted to ensure we got the apparent rodent traffic under control. They did an assessment and recommended a lot of work to secure the home from pests. We paid $1,113.00 for them to secure the space under the home and in the attic to make it harder for rodents/pests to get in. I feel they did a good job on the work. My understanding was that we were getting a regular trapping program to get it under control. What came to be was an apparent rush to get us on service with a subscription model. A few probe glue traps by the crawl space entrance and bait stations being checked every 3 months doesn't seem like how you get rodents under control. I had to call in regularly to get someone to come out and check the space, clear traps. Statements on the situation seemed to vary depending on the tech. They came out approximately 9 times over the 16 months, which I had to call in a few times. I felt I was having to manage the situation when I had explicitly stated what I needed from the start yet feel we were shoehorned into a service model. About 8 months later we ended up with mice dying inside a wall and under the home which they could do nothing to remedy at the time other than finding where they got in. I absolutely understand that is always a risk with bait stations and they cannot completely secure the space, but it seemed like there was little maintenance/checking after or regular follow up prior to the incident. I then had to pay $300 to get the wall opened and mice extracted immediately to remove the smell in our home and then another $500 in wall repairs. I appreciate the team, all very nice and personable folks. They show up, ask if there is a problem, spray and leave promptly once completed. Felt like a middle of the road experience and I was confused how what I requested ended up with quarterly service. When I cancelled the service I gave feedback on my experience and frustration which was challenged a bit with that they came out quarterly. They stated a service manager may call to follow up. This never happened as I kind of expected. We have a larger home on some acreage, it is apparent not one size fits all. Ended up going with a competitor. I wish the team all the best.

Not worth... Charged 1600 /- for just some kind of diluted spray around the house. Not even a week and ants are back.
