I agreed to a service for a rental property here in Tacoma. I soon got daily texts letting me know my service had not been yet scheduled - pretty annoying. I asked them to stop texting me daily and just let me know when it was done. Over a month later, I reminded them to do the job. When they arrived they let me know they would only do one of the two residential buildings. I said, go ahead and do the crawlspace house because the neighbor had rats recently. They didn't do it. I have nothing but good things to say and share for Long's Pest Control. The first service we received was in a rental house with a MASSIVE rodent infestation in the attic in 2020. Our landlords had Long's do the service and the gentleman went above and beyond to complete the service, putting my family and I at ease. We had a bald faced hornet's nest in our yard. Both my husband and had been stung and it prevented us from enjoying our yard. I called Long's Pest and they explained the process clearly, came out in a few days, were prompt and professional. They were very informative and discovered where the hive was, removed it and treated the area. They looked in another area on the property where I had seen hornets flying around.
