I had an excellent experience with NW Remedies. I was leaving on a trip and needed my cat's prescriptions sooner than expected, and they went out of their way to fill them quickly. The front office staff and pharmacist were incredibly kind and helpful. Their exceptional customer service and willingness to accommodate my situation made a stressful time much easier. The compounded versions of the medications were also much more tolerable for my very picky cat. I'm very grateful for their care and highly recommend them!

I recently found out about this place when my cat needed some liquid antibiotics made. They are AMAZING! And even made the antibiotics have a smokey chicken smell! It was ready in a day which really impressed me. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I HIGHLY recommend checking this spot out for your supplemental needs. Support local!

This is the place for high quality supplements and homeopathic and compounded medications (even for your pet)! The super friendly and talented staff are always willing to help. I feel so lucky to have an apothecary in the neighborhood!!

Good experience, nice, friendly staff

I'm actually really shocked with the negative reviews on here. The prescription I got for my pet was kind of expensive, but I'm glad that they have the option to compound it. When I call, everyone, especially the pharmacist Ryan, is super helpful and responsive. I had a lot of questions and they always answer professionally. If I ever need to get another medication I will be happy to come here.

I’ve been a client of Northwest Remedies for years however recently their customer service had been beyond rude. Recently I used their website (at their urging) to order a refill for a prescription that I needed by Friday because of a three-day weekend. Per their request (to give them 3 days) I ordered Tuesday so I could have it Friday. I didn’t receive a notification that they received my order which is standard practice so I called to make sure it was received. It was. On Friday I called to see if it was ready and the pharmacist told me without any regret whatsoever that it wouldn’t be ready until next Tuesday because they had been busy. I needed this medication and told him I did not understand why they didn’t contact me to let me know they couldn’t fill it in time. I think being busy was an excuse and they screwed up. I cannot believe they were so lackadaisical about a very important and necessary medication I needed. If I could turn them into someone I would. Cannot and will not use them again. Will not recommend them to anyone and will tell everyone I know not to use them.

Always had it ready before I get there!

I had never used this place before but they were super kind and professional... If I ever need anything else compounded I'll def use them again.. and if u use their app for refills it's simple and quick. No waiting for days !

If you are looking for a compound pharmacy I would find another pharmacy. The staff is rude. Especially one person who routinely answers the phone. I've tried to deal with this pharmacy for over a year and each time it's been an ordeal. I won't bore with long winded details of my experience but I have not had one experience that left me not frustrated and close to tears. The level of passive aggression is unwarranted.

Quality products,friendly staff

Two different staff were unnecessarily rude to me over the phone. Was initially placing an order and then followed up a week later when I didn’t hear back. I know customer service is a difficult job, but approaching a customer with irritation and passive aggression when they are just trying to politely place a transaction is really uncalled for.

I’m a cancer survivor of 15 years. My naturopath has placed me on a protocol which seems to be ideal. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this high end supplement store & have finally shut down my account, tonight. I normally call in my order for pick up, when I’m en route & have my debit card on file. I called in 1 ordered 5:45 pm & stated I’d arrive at 5:54. The lady said “we close in 8 minutes” & hung up on me !! It was unbelievable behaviour. I arrived at 5:53 & asked her why would she hang up on me. Without any comment or apology, the Mr Pharmacist came out only to tell me that I’ve created problems with this “woman” in the past. I told him, I’ve never seen her before. Black hair, brown eyes & that’s all i remember. He had lied, bald faced, & I instructed him to.close down my account . I will never shop there again. Lori was the only one I saw & she helped me tremendously, for 15 years !!!!!

Pharmacist is attentive, warm, and most importantly, an excellent clinical resource. Staff are friendly and knowledgable. I am a provider and this is my preferred pharmacy; wish I could use them for all my patients' Rx.

Excellent service and products!

Very helpful when I needed a compound script filled. Pharmacist was knowledgeable about an over the counter med for my toddler as well. Not super friendly but they can answer your questions or find someone who can.
