Elliott was personable and took his time explaining everything to my 88 year old father-he was kind. He gained our trust with his knowledge and upfront approach. We had a mouse issue and he closed off the entry points, gave tidbits of home remedies as well as taught us how to trap them. Yay no more mice!! He also saved the day when a heating and cooling company took advantage of my dad. When Elliott found out how much the company was charging-he immediately recognized predatory business tactics and came to the house and helped my dad cancel the work order and referred him to a local company that Elliott trusted. He saved my dad $11,000. Elliott is trust worthy and a very decent human. I highly recommend Elliott for pest management and a honest and genuine interaction

I called around to a few pest management places and the response I received was either they weren't taking on new customers or it would be a week until they came out. The reason why I was calling a pest control company is we believed a rodent had died in our crawl space below our home and the smell was coming up through our vents. I came across Bigfoot Pest Management and Elliot answered. He was polite, professional and really made me feel comfortable. He was able to come out the next day! He showed up on time and I explained to him what my situation was. Since he knew it was a rodent problem he walked the house and looked for entry points as well as talked to me about preventive maintenance. In the end he found the dead critter and I signed up for the quarterly plan as well. I highly recommend Bigfoot Pest Management as I know Elliot will take care of you like he took care of me. Thanks Elliot for the great service! Update: Thank you Elliot for the quick response in sending a tech out the other day. He called me and asked what the situation was. He was courteous and friendly. I appreciate the great customer service!

Bigfoot Pest Management is amazing. I have had a couple of emergent pest issues and they answered the phone on the first try and were at my house the same day. October 2025. So pleased! After trying for weeks to eradicate the mice I surrendered and called Bigfoot. Elliott was prompt, professional, and pleasant. He looked around the interior and then went outside to check the perimeter for entry holes. He found it and plugged it up, then set out box traps (my word) outside and small traps in the kitchen that are easy to set, to rid my house of the residue mice. Soon I'll be mouse-free! Bigfoot is highly recommended! Thank you! P.S. Mouse-free! Update: January 2026. Quarterly inspection which I signed up for at a reasonable cost per visit. Giant exterior bait boxes around foundation were refilled. He checked for entry points again. Friendly and efficient!

Super good service from Elliott! We had an ant invasion that we weren't able to control on our own. I called Bigfoot and Elliott was able to come out the following day. he treated both inside and outside of the house and so far so good. So happy with the service and the result. Highly recommend Bigfoot!

Submitted a request for an inspection through their online form about a month ago. Never heard back. Have called their phone number multiple times, they never answer it just goes to voicemail asking for me to leave my info and that they'll get back to me. I already left my info through their online form so I don't have high confidence in leaving a voicemail. Only company I haven't been able to actually get ahold of.

Cat, sorry you feel you had to leave a one star review. We just looked through all emails for the last six months and have no record of anyone named Cat G. It is possible that you emailed when our website was having issues and we never received it, so we apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. The only times we don’t answer the phones are after hours or if we are with a customer, should you have decided to leave a VM we would’ve gotten back to you immediately when we were available. Again, we apologize and please let us know if we can help you in any way.
I have been using Bigfoot pest service for about a year now and im on the 3 months maintenance program. I've been happy with the service I have received and the staff are prompt, courteous and will make things right, if you still have an issue with pests. I would recommend Bigfoot pest to family or friends.

He was courteous and friendly. Rang the doorbell when he arrived to let us know he was here. We were busy in the house, we didn't notice when he left. Do know that he sprayed for 🕷 spiders, don't know what else he checked on.
