Sentinel Pest Control Olympia

I had a family emergency that took me out of state/away from home for multiple weeks. I had to reschedule my service twice since I wasn't sure when I would be home to unlock the gate for our service -- Sentinel sent me an email scolding me for the service changes, stating that they would not accommodate any additional deviations in scheduling. I gave forward notice when I was able, but they are not very understanding if you hit extenuating circumstances. Would not recommend.

Sentinel Pest Control is an amazing company, and they are far and above the pushy door-to-door companies. I've had Erich out to inspect my home for different pest issues on two separate occasions, and both times, he has been such a pleasure to work with. He is honest and never tries to push things on us. He is kind and genuinely wants to make sure we are taken care of. Scheduling has been quick and easy both times. I appreciate the appointment email and the courtesy call when they are on the way. Overall, I love how Sentinel does business. Highly recommend.

Erich was very punctual and friendly. He was helpful in identifying the point of entry and gave excellent advice, would recommend!!

Very fast in getting an appointment. Technician that arrived was professional and nice. Was extremely patient in explaining everything. Initial phone call was a 3 and the inspection on site was a 3.

We were experiencing a problem with rats in our attic. We called Sentinel and their friendly office staff expediently scheduled us for a free inspection. Josh came out and thoroughly inspected our home and located two points of entry, where rats were getting in. Not only was Sentinel able to repair the entry points, but they were able to provide a multi- pronged approach to help mitigate rodents from gaining access into our home again. Routine visits from Sentinel have given us peace of mind knowing our home is rodent free. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you are in need!

I just moved to Olympia and was referred to Sentinel Pest by a close friend. My husband found rodent droppings in the crawl space and we called Sentinel immediately. They came out the same day that we called! Wow, talk about responsive. Their prices were fair and the work they did was outstanding. Highly recommend calling these guys. Will absolutely refer!

Josh was nice and respectful and willing to explain everything I needed to know in a way that was easy to understand and make my decision. He also was able to get started right away to help get rid of our issue. He was a pleasure to work with.
