Miguel came out and did a thorough job. So far we are very happy with the service.

I'm not a huge fan of pesticides, but I was at the end of my rope with fleas and ticks for my elderly cat. VINX has been so much help with controlling pests and respecting my wishes. I have had monarch butterflies and caterpillars since they've started servicing me and they've always paid attention to make sure nothing happens to them as well as my other pollinators. I still have the bees and butterflies (in my garden) but not the fleas and ticks in lawn. The local wildlife haven't been harmed either. They're always careful around the bird feeders and bowls left for the ravens. They move the bowls when I forget that Vinx is coming. If you are needing pest control please know they will always keep the environment in mind and respect your wishes.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. After their initial visit to spray, I didn’t hear a peep out of them for five months. but they didn’t mind texting me for payment. This “outfit” is a ripoff….

Horrible company. Came out once only sprayed the kitchen. Are supposed to come out every 90 days to spray inside and outside, called to schedule and they tried to tell me I canceled it the same day we started the plan, when I asked if that were the case why are you still collecting money from my account the man said oh I will have someone call you later today to schedule, 3 more days go by and nothing I call again and schedule and they scheduled an appointment to come out the same night between 4pm-6pm and never showed. This company is a scam

Signed up in June, service didn't spray my entire yard, just a little on the edges. Requested another service to complete the job. They came back and and did a great job. Since then (now Oct) they haven't been out and canceled every attempt. Then I called on Oct 10 to cancel, and they proceeded to charge my account on the 11th. Terrible website to control your account, Terrible communication. After I called to complain about the false charges, I got a call back 4 minutes later requesting when I wanted to reschedule my next service. Special people work here... don't use them.

The worst company i have come by. Between scheduling issues, payment issues and failing to help my bug problem, they caused me nothing but more problems. Even after wanting to cancel for all these problems they are charging me $300 to cancel. If they would have completed the service i signed up for I never would have cancelled.

Disclaimer: Really hoping that i have the correct company If i could i would have given -5 stars On Sept 18th my husband contacted Terminex to assist with a spider problem our tenants had, we scheduled an appointment for Monday 22nd at 1pm. On Monday approx about 12am Vinx called and schedule an inspection (however my husband thought it was terminex and informed them we had an inspection at 1pm) they hurriedly tried to send out an agent, Mike, who contacted us not too long after to let us know he was at the property (it was about 12:30 at this point) we informed him that we will be there in about 30 minutes because our inspectiom was originally scheduled for 1pm. He then tried to upsell my husband buy a plan at this company (over the phone) without even doing the inspections and when my husband declined he became very rude and obnoxious. He then said he will only wait for 15minutes and leave if we aren't there. My husband tried to explain that our inspections was at 1pm and not 12:30 and we aren't late until it's after 1pm. He continued being rude until my husband agreed to leave earlier to get there before 1pm. On the way to the house, we contacted Mike to let him know the tenants were home and he could knock on the door to get into the house to start the inspection without us. He claimed that he did, (tenants later confirmed he didnt) and left once Terminex showed up for the (rightfully so) inspection Mike is a horrible representative for this company because he got mad that my husband said he was shopping around and wanted to get a quote before he would move forward. Claiming that he hates working with people who contact different companies. Thankfully our original and ONLY scheduled appointment was with Terminex and not Vinx, because I wouldn't use this service nor recommend them to any of my friends/family, because of the horrible treatment and representation Mike showed.

do not give these people money. they will say you didn't. and hound you every day. i gave the sales man $50.00 cash. didn't get a full spray because of it. said nat spray would cost more. i signed a contract, but was called the next day and every day, sinse for $50.00 balance. i called the next day and cancelled my so called contract. i get called every day for the $50.00 cash i paid to the sales guy. the salesman said, next time use your bank card. thank goodness i didn't or they would be blowing up my bank acc. the sales guy put the $50 in his wallet, and pitt it under on clip attached to the wallet. dont thrust these people! the only thing i will say, is that the guy that sprayed my yard was very nice and courteous.

There is a young gentleman that comes to the house to make sales riding on an electric one wheel skateboard and drives a brown Kia Soul I have told him several times we are not interested, and after which he came by because of him, I had a "No Soliciting" sign placed over my doorbell which means in order to ring my door bell he would have to move the sign out of the way to press it. In which he opted to knock on the door. When nobody answered the first time, he later came back the same day and knocked again. Which means he saw the sign and ignored it. At this point this is beyond disrespectful. Because either he has a problem with reading and comprehension or, he just doesn't care. And I'm thinking the latter, which means y'all don't care and now we have a problem, because he represents your company. So you're either telling him to ignore signs and keep doing it, or he's going rouge and doing it on his own.

I would never use this company. Their sales tactics are obnoxious. They came to our house 3 times in 1 day. I kept telling them we were not interested but they kept coming. The last guy was very rude and didn’t want to take no for an answer. The sales people also ride motorized skateboards up and down the street. This company is disrespectful to neighborhoods.

I was a victim of the door to door experience today. I work from home, but my job is important to me so I'm not accepting any distractions during the day. The salesperson had a tablet, but materials to leave for me to peruse when I was available. Multiple door bells rings with each visit, and so much knocking, twice in a six hour period. I called the company directly to ask if this is standard behavior and it is! They encourage their folks to check back multiple times a day, and do not give them any documentation so you can know about their organization. It's absurd, and has put me off ever using this company in the future for any property.

Your employee not only solicited on our rental property but tried forcing a service on us which requires landlord approval which we explained. He became extremely rude and argumentative and refused to leave while speaking to my wife until I had to step in and tell him to leave. He lied that my roommate had paid for the service who after confirmation said he in fact did not call for pest control. Refused to show the supposed payment/invoice that it had been paid for. I understand getting your name out there but this just simply isn't how you do it at all.
