We’ve been with Terminix for over 15 years. Jason Jelinek, a Pest Control Technician, has done a great job for us for most of those years. We definitely count on him to keep us bug free. I am a retired Navy Vet living in Hampton Roads. This is the second review I am leaving. we started our service back in December. The following first and following months we still noticed roaches. Called terminix because I noticed what appeared to be termite damage in the living room of my home. The dispatcher informed me that they would be out to my property within a few hours which I was very relieved to hear. Unfortunately nobody ever showed up. No update call was given and two days later a gentleman randomly shows up on my porch unannounced to inspect the issue. This gentleman took one look at the hole that I had already cut out of the drywall and did no further inspection of the home
